We were looking for a motel with a room we could park right in front of. This was perfect. The room was clean, the WiFi was strong (and recently upgraded!), and everything was convenient. The proprietor is not originally from around here, but he clearly runs a tight ship and we really enjoyed our stay.
Honestly, everything was better than expected. I have zero complaints or suggestions for improvement. Ok, there's one very minor thing–there were a /significant/ number of pillows on the beds. They were very nice, but we thought six was a tiny bit of overkill. ;)

The owners are super nice and friendly. The room was clean and smelled fresh. For an older Motel, it was a nice surprise. Linens were soft, had a good nights sleep.
The only issue (not the owner's fault) was that the city of Shawnee had a main water break and there was no water available till 9 pm.

Easy access to the interstate, a drive up motel, simple and clean. amenities were great- refrigerator and microwave. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. it is a family operated motel it seems.

We liked the clean comfortable bed. Liked that it had all the essentials, like good working fridge, microwave, iron and board, and TV, of course. The water pressure was amazing in the shower!
The room was a little small. The floors weren't as clean, but by no mean filthy.

We arrived super late, later than we expected. We rang a bell and a man came out very quickly and took care of us immediately. We were just super tired from the drive. He made it easy for us to get to bed in a hurry.
Nothing. It’s what we wanted: cheap and clean. Good mattress. Super hot water. Good water pressure. We were in and out.

Love the Bed. It looked like the bed you would sleep in at grandmas. Very Clean and Comfortable. I was sad we were just passing through and not staying for longer. We will definitely be recommending this Inn, and coming back soon. 😁
I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer because we had to get back home. I didn't like on Booking's app it said you need to pay extra for a private bathroom that was Not at all true.

The owner is a great guy any problems we might have had he was on top of it by the time he was told about it. the whole place was nice and clean no riff raff around and clean the side we were at was no smoking rooms but you could smoke outside and I didnt see a cigarette butt on the ground outside

Bed was very clean and comfortable. The room smelled fresh. The owner/staff actually came by our room as we were leaving to make sure our stay was good and checked if we needed anything. Very friendly.
Had bath tub but no way to keep water in tub so had to use shower only. Couldn’t get tv to work but we had a death in family so we weren’t there but to sleep really and bed was great
