Comfort Inn & Suites Shawnee North near I-40

This is a modern updated Hotel with all the features for swimming and exercise. We had to leave before the breakfast room was open but it appeared to be the normal excellent breakfast provided by the other Comfort Inns

We were given an accessible room for the elderly and disabled. However, our room was connected to the adjoining room with double doors which enabled us to easily hear the children and parents talking on the other side of the door. Thankfully the children were not yelling or shouting but it was very uncomfortable hearing their voices through the double doors.

Clean room

They are remodeling, and it shows... details such as paint over the edges... the wall above the AC was falling out. The drapes were old... the tiles in the bath were not grouped properly on the edges... I could see it will be very nice when it is finished.....I was warned they were remodeling..

We had to leave at 6:30 am so there was nothing available for breakfast. Some wrapped breakfast bars or pastry by the coffee would have been nice.

The removable shower nozzle was not mounted correctly and when I hit the shower lever water shot ALL over the bathroom. I guess maid left it on the metal area instead of rubber mounting area. Very limited television to watch.

I can't remember her name, but the clerk that was working when I arrived was great! Friendly and caring! You need more like her.

Nothing, other than the room next to mine was left open. Staff forgot to close it after cleaning.

This is a clean and convenient place to stay. The indoor swimming pool was nice as well. The complimentary breakfast was simple but enough to choose from.

The elevator was really slow. We stayed on the second floor and it took forever for the elevator. When we weren’t carrying luggage we used the stairway.

Finally got a breakfast that included sausage and eggs//not just boiled eggs and sweets. Room had two chairs, luggage rack, and laundry bag —items not in a more expensive hotel across the way

Replace a tattered window covering and tv program selection was very limited

Breakfast was good. Facilities were clean, staff pleasant and helpful, beds were comfortable

Wish they had a hot tub, would have liked bacon as well as sausage at breakfast, longer safety bars in the shower.

Clean, convenient location, quiet

Mattress very uncomfortable, refrigerator in room had temperature knob broken off so our leftover food kept freezing.

close and easy access from I40. Had parking for truck and trailer. Good Breakfast. Nice room.

The beds were very firm. TV cable channels kept going out and having to search and reconnect.

Very spacious room the beds were comfortable air conditioning worked perfectly , front desk staff very nice , by mistake they charged me twice one night but the manager very kindly gave me the money back

The television was not working and it took about 2 hours to fix it, the sofa did not have sheets I had to go to the front desk to get sheets ,very mediocre breakfast
