Creekside Hotel & Suites

Room was spacious, clean, had mini fridge & coffee. Breakfast room was very clean & attendant was great at checking on things & keeping it fresh. Parking was well lit for night time

Breakfast room was small for size of hotel & amount of guests... only 5 tables....people were looking for where to sit....possibly so guests would go to casino for restaurants. Could have had a small selection of pastries or muffins. Reservations were screwed up & didn't go thru from booking site due to hotels software & price was $50 higher than booking site. VERY OVERPRICED for what you get...probably due to location & casino being across highway & owning them ..I paid $250 for a night to check in after 4pm & sleep & be out by 11am ...seems a little steep.

This was a lovely motel just off the interstate. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Special shout out to Emily who went above and beyond! The rooms were quiet and accessible. I loved that they have little carts to move your luggage to the room. Breakfast was a nicely prepared egg buffet with other healthy options as well. It was close to the casino (I didn't go there) and I noticed many people catching the shuttle which went back and forth for free. Nice pet area in the back as well. As a single woman traveler, I felt safe here. Note: This hotel does NOT take cash.

The rooms were remodeled and I would have preferred to have the floors carpeted instead of the hardwood/laminate.

I liked that it had a shuttle to the Casino and that the manager was able to give us room.

When we arrived they told us that they showed no reservations for us in their system, and they had no rooms available for us, I was not happy!! I showed them my confirmation number and she went and spoke to the manager and he expressed this has happened before and well they indeed have a room available as an upgrade, but would give to us at same price I had booked it for. We took it, we were tired and almost at the end of our trip. So thanks for finding a "room" for us after saying you were booked?

Seems to be newly built or remodeled. Fresh-smelling fitness room. The murals/ graphics on the walls were unique and modern. Very clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job. Front desk and security were friendly. Rollaway was in the room when we got there. Fitness room was open 24 hours and the pool was open until 11 pm.

Thought there would be more options for breakfast for the price. The rollaway was $20. Parking spaces were tight, but people parked every other in spots. So, that worked out! Snacks were kind-of pricey.

It was right off the freeway with easy access to everything, super close to casino, and next door to a very good mini market. The staff was exceptional. Check in and out was pleasant and easy. They made the beds and brought clean towels every day. We asked for a last minute roll away bed and they had it to the room in five minutes. It was clean and comfortable. Staff where very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there. We would stay there again

We did have dogs with us so we had a room for pets. It smelled and had clumps of hair left from the other dogs before us but other then that it was clean.

We left our room and then noticed my purse was not in the car or in the trunk but she called my phone number and my phone rang from under the bed in our room where we had stayed. She let us know the lost was found and we appreciated her being so thorough. And we drove back and gave her a llitle thank you gratuity.

It was crowded so we had to sit with a stranger. And we were out of some of the food--sausage, scrambled eggs and waffle. We had to ask if we could get more?

The Creekside Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was more then I expected considering our stay was during a pandemic. I would definately recommend staying here.

The only problem we had was trying to check in to our room. We were early and told to come back in an hour. When we returned the room still wasn't ready for us, so we came back at check-in time and the staff was very apologetic about the room not being ready on time. They made it right with us by upgrading our room for us which was so nice of them!

cleanliness

they did not have my reservation from booking.com, but they were able to accommodate. They s did say they have been having issues with people making reservations with booking.com. Someone should look into this. I gave them my credit card and charged it. I’m hoping booking.com is not going to charge my credit card as well.

The property was clean and modern and fresh. They welcomed me and my dog like we were valued customers. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the guests who left their dogs poop in the dog area even though there were poop bags and a garbage can right there!!!!!

Room was large and clean. Very accommodating. They let us check in early with no extra fees. Breakfast was very good also. Had a shuttle to the casino!! Everyone was super friendly.

Elevator was old and slow and floor in Elevator needed a good cleaning or replacement.
