I liked that you had the quick charging station and I was able to get a full charge overnight on my new Chevy Bolt EV and all of your staff I came across were absolutely fantastic!

when I checked into my room the stink from the cleaner? pet spray? or what ever it was it was so bad I had to open all windows wide open and run the bathroom fan for at least 3 hours to help rid the room from the chemical spray or cleaner they used it was awful and even then it smelled strong for the 2 days In stayed there

This is a great hotel located right off of the Northern route to the Redwood National Park. The property is very well maintained and all rooms are accessed via an outside door. There is a nice indoor pool located in a separate building in the parking lot. The staff is very welcoming and your breakfast is made by their personal chef Sergio who makes the best inlets and pancakes to order.

I wish there were towels in the pool building instead of having to walk to the front desk to get them.

Stayed here before so knew what to expect. Good parking. Nice atmosphere. Big comfortable rooms. Impressive pool if you want to use it. We stay there as relatives live 10 miles away on Roseburg where you cant get anything as nice for the money. Breakfast can be made to order - egg, omelette and pancake live station. Nice outdoor area where you can eat if weather is OK - it was for us. My wife had to have early morning meeting online - wifi fine - and so was able to sneak out of room and do it in the very large lobby. She then moved back to the room when I was up and I was able to take her breakfast she ordered.

Fair value for the area but not cheap.

The staff was wonderful. Office clerk was so nice. Made you feel like family. I was traveling with a lady whom had Parkinson. She fell in our room. Two wonderful men employed there came and helped me pick her up. Then came back before he left for the day to check on her and us.

Treated like family Three Ladies traveling alone. Safe environment. Roll in shower. They are very hard to find them traveling with challenges.

The breakfast was hot, and cooked to order, amazing for one included in the price! There was an additional make-up table just outside the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

It could have been more clean. I spilled a little water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up, the hand towel was black. We need to use a computer for work. But the chair was quite a bit lower than the desk, so very uncomfortable.

Good looking, reasonably priced, clean facility. Nice room that was quiet. Free breakfast that had a short order chef preparing the main course of eggs for customers. A very nice touch. The staff members were helpful and pleasant to work with. A step back to the 1960’s.

The facility is likely over 50 years old and needs a face lift. Heating/cooling systems are antiquated, the bed mattress was concave and the shower head needed replacement. The small refrigerator was labored and loud. The ‘newest’ items in the room were the television and the waste cans and the electrical system in the room was add on extensions instead of built in.

I like that you have a chef but...My egg scramble had just one tiny piece of ham (1/4" by 1/4") in it and very few veggies and s few shreds of unmelted cheese. I think your cook could use some training on how to make a great omelet or scramble. Also, the waffle machine was out of batter and it was not filled for over 20 minutes - so I did not have time to wait for that to be ready before leaving.

I liked everything else

Room was nice - shower head was really high (big deal for tall people). Indoor pool was nice - only went to 5 ft which was perfect for my beginner swimmer. The breakfast chef was fabulous! Good food and he adds surprises for the kids.

Mattresses weren’t the greatest. My husband said he could feel the springs in his back. One of the breakfast attendants was a bit grouchy and doesn’t like the chef …. and lets guests know it. That was a bit awkward.

Breakfast was great - really appreciated the freshly made eggs, and their separation from all the self-serve gluten-loaded items. Surprisingly quiet considering how close to the freeway the location is.

Adding some heaters on the patio would be great. It's hard to eat together when pets aren't allowed in the common areas, and dishes aren't allowed to be taken back to the rooms. Luckily there was a patio, and it wasn't raining, just a bit chilly.

The breakfast was awesome. They gave you a little sheet of paper to choose one item for the chef to cook and then on top of that, there was a buffet style that you could pick whatever you wanted. We stayed there for the wildlife safari which was only a 25 minute drive and we enjoyed the city park in Sutherlin! The hotel was beautiful. Kinda looked like a log cabin.

The pool was super clean, but both the pool and hot tub were way too chilly!
