Comfort Suites Clackamas

location is awesome, great breakfast. the true shining star of this trip was the front desk gal Asianique. she was AMAZING! friendly, personable and helpful, she is the only reason we didn’t walk away from this location and loose our payment.

hotel seems to be full of a lot of questionable people staying there. seems like this hotel is participating in the homeless outreach program. not exactly what you’d expect spending the amount of money we did per night. pool/hot tub seems in a state of disrepair, loose parts in the hot tub (floor cover completely detached and I stepped into the hole it was covering) and elevator seems to be acting up a bit as it’s jerky and doesn’t always line up to the floor properly at first, sometimes continues moving while doors are opening.

I went down to get some breakfast at 9:45 and no sausage was in the container and I asked the lady behind if I can get some and she says we were closing and so I didn’t get my breakfast hardly and the eggs were old, but I did have a bagel

I like how lady at the desk changed our room cause book.com didn't send my request over to motel that I request a bathtub she was super friendly she needs a raise:)

The jacuzzi was Luke warm the pool was great and breakfast was yummy bummed there wasn't a ice machine where it said it was!

So many things to list. I was a stressful mess when I checked in because of the holidays. They were so accommodating. I had a problem with the bathroom sink starting to leak. They were quick to get someone up to the room to get it fixed. Thankfully it was a minor issue.

The water was helpful for our trip. We used the muffin and orange juice. The rest was a waste for us. We went to elmers anyway. Liked the shower , the coach and the bed . All of that was very nice.

My wife liked it all. I saw some upgrades were needed. Touch up paint in bathroom area. The carpet could be replaced. It looked like someone dropped cigarette ash on the carpet which spoiled the nice carpet look for me. My wife like i said thought it was ok. We came to baby sit for our kids and we will use the comfort inn again for sure do to it location and comfort.

Coffee was not good, actually bad taste. No decaf available for my spouse. Waiting awhile for it to be prepared. Had to provide our own. No hot water. Had to request.

The wall look like it had blood on it sheet dirty and they charged me for 2 extra night I was not there still waiting on the money

Very clean. Good parking.

Breakfast was not great. Eggs and meats were cold. Lady in breakfast area was not friendly. Acted like she was put upon to even be there.

Great place! Quiet, comfortable, clean and I felt safe. "JEET "was the front desk person was so very nice and helpful. After my horrible experience at both the Ramada on Stark and Motel 6 in Canby, this was a Welcome Find and great stay. My new Go To place to stay near Portland

Location was good. I paid for ALL Amenities BUT the sauna wasn't working again. Like last time.

Checkin so late. Alarm went off in the middle of the night, someone was making cookies ugh!!
