Best Western Plus Rivershore Hotel

Our room was spacious, and the balcony was just about on the Willamette River. Just across the river from us was a family of bald eagles, and we enjoyed watching the parents fishing on the river to feed their eaglets. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and we enjoyed the tables right over the river as well. Free parking was a plus, and it was quiet at night as there was little traffic on the small frontage road in front of our room.

The building needs cosmetic updating, with old, peeling wallpaper, and an elevator button that didn't work. Whoever was in the room above us had feet of lead!

Location and staff, Very professional and friendly. Had Brother in law in hospital at Providence and needed a place to rest close by and you all fit the bill.

Was very tired from traveling up from Roseburg and being at the Hospital all day and was under the impression that there was a quiet time between 10P.M. and 7A.M. and the neighbors were screaming, yelling and stomping until around midnight and when asked them to be quiet we got a smart A.. remark from them. Other than that it was a great stay

The handicap room was clean. Lots of space. Nice river view. The desk staff was amenable to recommendations to widen the bathroom doorway with an extended hinge. Sounds were contained better than the other large motel in the vicinity. Breakfast was amazing!

"Green Tourism" marijuana smell up on the floor we were at every night we were there. Handicap bathroom was not handicap accessible. Couldn't pass a self propel standard wheelchair through the bathroom doorway, and the space for legs under the sink was taken up by a shelving unit. Would appreciate a real handicap room that has 2 beds in it. This wasn't an option available.

The room was spacious and well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was able to hook my Roku up to the TV which my toddler loved. We would definitely stay again as it was close to the Portland attractions we were visiting on our trip.

Our balcony overlooked the bar/pool which at times was extremely loud. We were provided ear plugs in the room. It was not a well lit room.

Thank you for a room with full view.. when I booked my room it said only had a partial view. Bed was very comfortable.,, overall good experience.. have stayed there on numerous occasions.

Maybe better rates for Best Western point holders. It is pretty spendy to only be able to stay for such a short time.

Room was nicely arranged. Anticipated would have a full view of the river, but spent a great deal of time with my family who lives nearby, so I adapted to the partial river view Always love the restaurant for breakfast. Great view. Received some free breakfast coupons. That was a nice touch. Front desk staff very nice/ friendly

Beds were good and we got a quiet room

There was no breakfast included just a $7 coupon for a restaurant where breakfast costs at least $25. Plus they don’t clean your room unless u stay for at least 4 nights

There is an attached, "independent" restaurant that is quite good. I had a breakfast coupon but discovered that it was supposed to be used for a full breakfast rather than something light. They accepted it anyway, which was nice.

The price. BUT that is just the facts of life these days, post-pandemic.

Room decor was beautiful, clean, large, fairly quiet, beds comfortable, nice view of river. Breakfast voucher covered most of cost. Staff responsive to requests. They provided shower chair for disabled guest.

Handicap bar in tub/shower was great, but could use a grab bar on the wall outside the tub

We stayed the night after our daughter's Wedding at Grey Gables Estate. The Motel is only 4 miles from this wedding venue, and is is less expensive, cleaner, and more accessible than motels in downtown Portland. All staff including the restaurant were cheerful and helpful. It was a great stay.
