Hampton Inn by Hilton Kennewick at Southridge

The room was large and easy for me to move around in my wheelchair. The bathroom is well equipped for my wheelchair and I was able to transfer easily to take a shower. There are multiple grab bars in the bathroom to accommodate your needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from and was delicious. It is close to quite a few restaurants and fast food options. It's only a couple of miles from Walmart. I would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be returning in the future.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel

We book the hotel to attend an event in town. Location was about 5 mins away. Hotel is located in a new developing area, but close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast exceeded our expectations of a continental breakfast….there were omelets, waffle station, cereal, several juices, coffee, tea, toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs And fresh fruit Grounds & landscaping is nicely done, ample parking around hotel.

We did not find any issues with hotel. There is a small pool but we did not use it.

We had a really good stay overall. The room was clean and well appointed, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, and the parking was easy and plentiful. The price was also quite reasonable, especially considering it was a holiday weekend.

It would have been nice to have a recycling bin available; if not in the rooms maybe just a big one in the common area? This wasn't a huge deal but it would have been nice.

Very modern hotel on the outskirts of Kennewick. Lots of facilities nearby and given timings meant we actually didn't go in to the town itself which was a shame but.

Little to dislike pool a tad small and patio could be lovely sun trap but wasn't. Breakfast like so many on this trip were at best ok. To be fair at least they had a little but of fruit which was nice.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

My oatmeal was barely warm as was the coffee…disappointing! I drove directly to the hotel to enjoy the pool and sit out in the sun. There are no lounges on the very small outdoor seating area or fresh air in pool area! Please put a clock in pool area!

Everything, close to hospital. Great price. Easy to get back on main road. Wonderful breakfast. Our dog loved it too. Two pet stations with bags. We want to go back there just for a vacation.

It was clean modern and staffed 24/7.

This was our first hotel stay since we isolated on March 5 2020. The room was as clean as a hospital. The tv remote -- the first thing I clean in any situation, had been cleaned and double sealed. The bed was comfortable and the duvet was thick and warm. The coverlet was gorgeous. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable -- no icky smell from carpet freshener being used. One of my pet peeves is when hotels don't have adequate luggage trolleys, but two were available and they even steered properly! We had a negative Hampton Inn experience a few years ago and were a bit hesitant about booking, but I'm so glad we did. I hope the management is aware of how hard the cleaning staff worked on this room and is awarding them for all of the additional effort.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Their facial expressions were genuine in response to every question I had. Given the circumstanses we are all under, this staff preformed with excellence. The room was great. Comfortable beds, nice sized bathroom, an iron with an ironing board, and spacious. Whoever put this team together, did a wonderful job. Each staff member took ownership of their role in providing a great stay.

The pool is heated, although it did not feel that way. One of the reasons the pool didn't feel heated, was their ventalation system being set so high. I'm guessing it is set that way to continue preventing the spread of the virus. Also, by only allowing a few people in the pool area doesn't counter the heat loss. Of course, that is also virus related. But hey, we are all in this together. Despite the challenges presented to the staff, they preformed with excellence.

Breakfast was ok. Well set out. The carts to bring in luggage need a bit of pulling up to par. Staff was friendly but not overly helpful.

This was a very difficult place to get into since there is road work all around. It did not show up on the map. Helpful when it is all done.

Staff was nice , location was good. Everything else was good

My room was not very clean, hair on bathroom floor. Broken pen on floor apon entering ear plug on floor fight under fold out bed. Not the cleanest especially when COVID cleaning should be implemented. Above the big long dinning table lights are full of bugs n dust.
