it was to the Toyota center and I could go walking to the event. The staff that were at the front desk when I arrive were very nice and friendly.

The breakfast was not good at all. The egg and sausage were cold, the coffee was not good. The water of the pool was really and extremely COLD!! The person who was on the front desk at 11:00pm, gave us all a bad service, she was rude, mean and I could even said racist! There was a lot of Hispanic people at the time and she was only helping white people and taking lots of time with them and when it was someone else’s turn (Hispanic) she was rude, she didn’t even make eye contact. One man who was there told her that she was having a bad attitude and she said “I don’t have time for this” and she was making faces like disgusting. A very bad experience with her. Unfortunately I did not get her name.

Quiet rooms and a quiet area in Kennewick. The rooms were very nice and clean and I would stay again. Very close to all shopping and eating within 2 minutes.

Fitness facility was a little small for my liking but sufficient to do the very basics. Could use another workout bench. 1 isn't enough.

Stayed here at the recommendation of a coworker. It's a very nice, clean hotel. It is right next to the Toyota center would be nice if you are going to an event there. It is about half a mile from the mall and restaurants. Staff was very nice and professional.

I love the layout of the room and especially the walk-in shower,

Everything was wonderful, but only two things were lacking. The toilet should have been higher with grab bars and the pillows are always the spongy material that I cannot use. I must always bring my own

We have visited many resorts and the rooms here are resort level! Great amenities, k cup maker and microwave in the room. Nice desk and sitting area. The outside of the hotel doesn't at all match how nice the inside is. You think you are pulling up to just another blah hotel, but the rooms are spectacular!

More effort could have been given to the Covid free breakfast. This hotel is lazy. We were at the Hilton in Richland last month and they put the effort into ensuring everyone got their hot breakfast as advertised, while still remaining compliant. Offered was a bag with a few token items, muffin, cheese stick. (Note to hotel, lose the cheese stick. I get that it's packable protein, but no one wants to stay at an upscale hotel and be offered a cheese stick...if you insist on the cheap "breakfast" at least go the extra mile and order little Babybel rounds for your brown bag breakfast)

Omg it was fantastic stay. Staff were super friendly and so helpful. The room was huge and so beautiful. The location was perfect for the concert.

There wasn’t anything that wasn’t fantastic.

Room clean. Staff friendly. Everything was exceptional. Except. I traveled with my grandkids and I booked because there’s a pool. But...not usable 😥 We had to drive to the sister property and use theirs. Vacas are about convenience. This was inconvenient and the weather was horrible. My grandkids has to transport back and forth in swimsuits wet in awful weather. Other than that, exceptional. Maybe mention this in the website when ppl book so they know it’s not usable.

Breakfast was missing a couple of things like lactose free milk and a 3rd ingredient for the hot breakfast. It was just sausage and eggs. Maybe add hashbrowns or diced and seasoned potatoes and maybe some scrambled eggs with onions and bell peppers for variety???

The location was a bit off.

The mattress and the pillows. I cannot stand spongy pillows and beds. Everywhere I go, never are firm enough.

It’s a very nice place has a nice restaurant good food pleasant staff and everything super clean

I didn’t like that they charged my card Five separate times each with different charges totaling close to $1000 for a two night stay.
