Very nice, clean, updated room. The bed was a little on the soft side. I was surprised by how updated the room was. The downside was that there were people running in the hallways around 2 PM and very loud. Rooms walls are a little then but we were there just to stay overnight and put in our ear plugs.
Loud guests in the hall way. Not sure what was going on, they have cameras everywhere. We were hoping that security would come investigate but did not call to complain.

I booked through booking.com and my reservation was not on file. However, Emma did a wonderful job accommodating our trip based on confirmation from booking not on their records. Everything was great - except our King bedroom was booked. She did great making sure we were not left without a reservation.
Not a Hilton problem - issue with booking.com and not having a confirmation despite having a confirmation email and number.

The bed was pretty comfortable--especially when compared to other hotels in the same area.
I wish the room would have been cleaned/vacuumed/towels replaced every day. A kitchenette and freezer in the fridge would have made this stay perfect for me. Lastly, there was a gas odor in the area between check-in desk and elevators.

The facilities and room where outstanding with the exception of the pillows on the bed. They were fluffy to look at but would go flat when you laid on them. We didn’t have a great night sleep. It’s time to get better pillows.
