Bay Bridge Motel

The room was sufficient. Bed had new mattress which was very comfortable. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and willing to accommodate our every need. It was obvious that someone was working to improve the conditions...fresh paint, so walls were clean and nice. No odors. Everything worked...lights, water, tv, microwave.

The noise. Road noise was very loud, as were people coming and going. We didn't realize it was prom night in town, so that may have been an influence. The chair in our room was not comfortable to lean back on. Pillows could have been a little more lush, as it was difficult to get comfortable (raise shoulders and head) to watch tv. The carpet is old, but I understand that it is to be replaced soon.

Excellent view there and good location and rate for this time of the year. Internet worked very good and no problems there.

At 3:00 AM the guest next door began watching television at very loud levels and did not not turn it off for more than 4 hours. I knocked on the wall in an attempt to remind him that there were other guests and the volume was turned up too high. Unfortunately, the knock was ignored. Fortunately, my wife and I had effective ear plugs.

The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect. The view through the bathroom window was lovely, but the main view was of the parking lot. The room was quiet. Be sure to take your own device, so you can stream the channels that you want because the tv in the room didn't work normally...it was stuck on Lifetime Movies, and nothing I could do changed that, but the WiFi was good enough for me to stream on my laptop.

There was no hot water on my first morning, but I told them about it, and the problem was resolved that same evening. The microwave light wouldn't turn off, so I unplugged it, and the refridgerator froze everything, so I turned the dial down. After the first day, things were fine.

This is a wonderful motel with a view if the sand dunes and bay, therefore the sunset. It is located just across the bay from North Bend with easy access to the beaches. It is an old motel, built in the 1950s, but in good overall condition. The staff are great and the beds good.

We had a 2 queen and kitchenette room. The kitchenette needs some upgrade but it was no problem for us.i have stayed here before and will again.

There were two beds in semi separate rooms. It would work out OK for a family of four. One with a nice view of the water. The beds were comfortable.

The toilet seat was loose. It looked, by how far the nut was loose, that is had been like that for awhile. I fixed it with a coin in less than a minute. It had one stool and really nowhere to eat.

The Bay Bridge Motel has a NEW policy of requiring you to pay a $150 deposit, in advance (which they refunded to me the very, next morning). This caught me off guard, since Booking.com didn't have anything on their App., or in the confirmation emails. I found out at check-in... Evidently, Bay Bridge is having a theft, or property damage problem. This is their response, I'm told.

I was in a bad need of a place to stop that was affordable. This place fit the bill. The hotel was no frills, but the beds were comfortable and it was clean. The view of the bay was great. It was easy in and easy out the next morning.

It's a dated hotel, but that doesn't make it bad. Of course, you can pay $200 more a night to stay in a nicer hotel. However, there was nothing wrong with this place. Just know that if you stay there, it is a bit dated. However, they do have new TV's.

The rooms were WAY better than I was expecting for the price. Super roomy, and the little kitchenette in the double Queen rooms was a great surprise! It saved us allot of time and money having to go out to dinner every night! The manager was great! Very understanding when my kids accidentally took 2 of their pillows in the craziness of packing up and putting it all in our car. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the view can't be beat! Absolutely beautiful.

We checked in wildly late and Wendy was so kind and accommodating. The stay was comfortable and we were only there for one night but it was a highlight on our road trip. We loved the grounds and the really impressive plants that they keep up. We woke up and watched some really impressive birds from right next to the room.

The directions from Google maps are a little confusing but it is because it is right off the bridge. I also didn't love love the coffee but it was in the same parking lot as a great coffee stand.
