Quality Inn & Suites at Coos Bay

The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast included a couple of hot items which is always greatly appreciated. The location was central to a few restaurants and pubs and the property had plenty of parking.

The layout of the property was spread out with parking lots in between buildings. Unfortunately, the room numbers were sometimes not visible from the parking lots so even after viewing the map it was difficult to find my room. This could easily be fixed with marking on the parking lot side of the buildings, but I did not see any such markings.

The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The courtyard in front of our room was perfect for letting our little dog chase her ball. The breakfast was perfect. The staff was as always very helpful and so nice. This was our second time staying here and will always return as long as they keep up the clean, friendly service.

Not having customers clean up behind their pets. Was a lot of poop that the customer should have cleaned up. Since they didn't, they should have been charged for it.

The staff was excellent.

Breakfast room should not allow dogs running around, unless they are guide dogs. Breakfast was ok. The three nights and 4 days we were there the door entrance closes to our room was out of order, inconvenient! I would have like to see an ashtray/trash can on the side of the building facing the mall......cigarette butts everywhere and lemon peels everywhere our whole stay.

They did not have any pet friendly rooms available, but let us stay with our dog anyway. They were very accommodating. They should, however, have the pet charge on their website. Our trip was impromptu. We paid more that we had wanted to, but there were a lot of no vacancies in the area.

The light at the table flickered, so we didn't use it. I let management know when I checked out. The other thing was the other neighbors would slam their door and upset our dog, but that isn't the motel's fault. People can generally be inconsiderate when not at home.

Very comfortable room

The property is quite large and rambling with a large courtyard. I couldn't find my room even with the map. I went back to the front desk and was told that no, the rooms were not listed on the outside of the hall door that I had to access to get to my room. So, I could see through the window of the hall door in question, and by accessing finally found my room. Would be helpful if the room numbers were displayed on the outside.

Bed was fantastic, so comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. Great place to relax after a long day of travel. We have stayed at this property many times in the past, and will continue to do so when in the area. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety.....could of used a microwave.

Large spacious room.

The price per night, per dog for our two dogs was ridiculously overpriced. Two night stay with 2 dogs was over $600. Being born and raised in North Bend, it shocks us the price of hotels. It isnt the big city, it is the Oregon Coast.

The staff was lovely and our room was very spacious. Comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. The room was well equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. We were given a nice room on the first level that was easy to access with our toddler.

Almost everything I didn't like was COVID related, so hopefully that will change soon. The grab and go breakfast they have could be better. The pool was closed. They didn't have daily housekeeping service (which isn't great when garbage stacks up faster due to having to eat in the room because of COVID). It could have been a bit cleaner only because we moved the couch a little to set up my toddler's travel crib and it was very dirty under the couch (dust, leaves, and even dog food). Most people would never have noticed without moving the couch.

The room was large enough for our bikes and all of our luggage. Loved the size of the room

There was a light on the building right across the hall from us. At night there was no way to block the light coming through the window drapes. It wasnt horrible we're just used to a dark room. Thats the only thing we didnt like. Everything else was great

Comfortable bed, nice bath tub, good bagged breakfast, awesome service, pet friendly, but a little costly for a under 10 pound dog, 35.00 a night is a little much. Brook at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I will definitely come to this hotel next trip. Plus it was quite!!

The pet fee was way over the top. I know that the Red Lion charges 10.00 a night. 35.00 a night is clearly the only draw back to staying here.
