Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites

The receptionist was great. Cheerful and helpful. The staff were very nice. The pool and hot tub were great. The room was clean and very comfortable. We appreciated having a handicap accessible room.

The breakfast wasn’t very good and the space was inadequate for the amount of people that were getting breakfast. There needed to be a better television guide.

Easy check in. Josh was great, very pleasant.

The wall outlets were all dead in our room. The outlets in the lamps and such were all low power so everything charged so slowly. The bathroom is tiny. You can't get into the bathroom with out stepping around the toilet to close the door, but first you bang into the shower curtain rod opening the door.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel; we chose to eat at a restaurant instead. The facility was fine overall.

A group of construction workers had a party in the parking lot, literally outside of our window. They were very loud and it was still going on at 1 am. When I complained the next day, I was told no one else complained, as if there was something wrong with me for expecting a quiet night in the hotel. Fortunately the second night of our stay it was quiet - no party. I wouldn't mind if it had ended at a reasonable time.

I always stay here when I come back home to visit family and friends. I feel the location is great for all the things and places that I like to go do. The drip coffee is good!

The only negative I can think of is that the breakfast eggs are really salty. The last three times I stayed here, I was really disappointed with the eggs.

Thank you Josh for a pleasant reception both on the phone and in person. He is courteous, knows his duties and informative. Appreciated him.

Other Staff members could/should be as Courteous as Josh.

The location was perfect for our event at Edgefield, the warm food at breakfast was a nice unexpected touch, room was very spacious for 3 people.

The pull out couch bed wasn't the most comfortable, but was nice to have for 3 of us travelling together.

We have family nearby, so the location is perfect. It's also a great starting point for returning to California via The Fruit Loop. Breakfast was adequate. I always like the fresh fruit, cereals and coffee.

The front desk person was so great! I had booked our room through booking.com and for some reason they couldn’t find my reservation at the hotel but the guy was able to get us in the exact room we needed. He was very kind and so helpful.

Sofa bed mattress!! PLEASE REDO THE HIDEABED INTO A FOLDDOWN COUCH EVEN OR PUT NEW MATTRESSES ON HIDEABEDS!!

Sunday Breakfast was to go; when we went to get it there was nothing there. We saw a room with several paper bags and went in, but looked like a staff room. Finally a girl come to the desk and was not very nice when she saw us in that room. We explained we were looking for breakfast, she got some bags out if that room and placed them on a table, pretty flat affect while we asked for drinks. That was our only little bad experience
