Comfort Suites Portland Airport

The staff is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious with fairly comfortable beds and a separate couch/reading area. Strong water pressure in the shower, too, and there are plenty of towels in the room for use. The room is mostly quiet with very little sound from neighbors, the hallway, or landing planes. Decent continental breakfast, too. Much appreciate the airport shuttle service and the walking distance to a couple decent restaurants. I also like that there is a small gym and indoor pool and jacuzzi on site. Have stayed there before, and will stay there again!

I'm not a fan of the square, spongy pillows and would prefer a couple of firmer, king-size pillows for sleeping. The AC kicks in strong but wish there was an auto-shut-down feature when the room reaches a certain temperature. There could be more plug-ins for phones and other devices. Otherwise, this is a comfortable place to visit and stay a night.

Bed was great - very comfortable and plenty of room being a king size bed. Room was spacious. Nice to have a sitting area, very comfy with the sofa and coffee table. Again, bed was great!

The desk clerk was hasty and dismissive. Checked us in extremely quickly, after she finished whatever it as she was working on when we walked up. No eye contact, short. Basically sounded off and pointed that breakfast is over there and your room is at the end of the hall. Not especially friendly, but perhaps it was a bad day for her.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious room layout, complete with a separate reading area between the beds and the bathroom. The room was very clean and quiet, and the AC was very strong. The desk staff are very friendly, funny, welcoming, and accommodating with witty one-liners and good advice about Portland. The continental breakfast was decent, especially the coffee, and I will definitely stay there again.

Other than the foamy soft pillows, there was nothing to dislike.

The room was beautiful, the windows opened, we had a couch and were on the third floor. It was quiet and the staff even let us store our luggage from 11am til check-in. The breakfast and coffee were great and the airport shuttle leaves every hour. Every staff member we interacted with was lovely and helpful and it made our stay amazing. I will definitely be staying again if we come back to PDX :)

The location was convenient. Staff welcoming. Liked having coffee and fruit as well as a muffin when we left at 5am. The water was nice but we didn’t take it because we couldn’t drink it before TSA check. I wouldn’t liked having the water offered the night before.

I called 3 different times about airport shuttle and not one person mentioned that we needed to sign up for the shuttle. 4of us went at one time and two of us had to wait 30minutes🙁 Walls and floors seem very thin or not well insulated as it sounded like a herd of cattle above our room at 3:15am😖

The staff was very friendly. It was difficult to find the button for the jacuzzi, but the front desk lady helped me. The pool is a lovely temp too, it was nice switching between jacuzzi and pool.

Maybe two jacuzzis? It's a bit small and can be awkward if you're sharing it with a stranger.

Great proximaty to the airport. Rooms were quiet at night and we got the rest we needed before a travel day.

The decor is dated and the lobby a little tired. Some areas in the front of house were a little unclear with something that had spilled on the floor near check in.

I loved the breakfasts, most of the staff were amazing, everything was clean and comfortable. When we did get to use the pool the second night it was amazing.

When we checked in the gentleman said he would reserve the pool for us which he did not and he said there would be no charge taken from my card as my sister and I were splitting the cost of the room. The charge was taken out and then put back later a week after our stay which is fine just would have liked to know that in advance. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

My room was very spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. Staff were friendly and very accomodating. There was daily hot breakfast options (eggs and sausage) as well as toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee tea. You have access to hot water, tea, coffee and fruit even after breakfast closes down.

The only thing I noticed was a couple of stains on the bedskirts, otherwise everything else was great.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service and great accommodations. Best free breakfast with restaurant atmosphere offering buffet of everything included.

Absolutely no complaints only compliments of a great hotel experience.
