Shilo Inn Suites Warrenton

Loved the comfy bed, kids and I had blast in the pool and the kids made friends while there.

I thought we were gunna be getting a bigger room like we did a few years ago, but we didn't. What we got a few years ago was like a little studio room, so it was crowded in our room with all 6 of us, but we made it work. Also I asked for accommodations for handicap room/bathroom and wasn't given.

The staff were great! We have a crawling baby & with Covid, they don't clean daily for people staying multiple nights. They let us use the vacuum cleaner! The pregnant lady working at the counter was very nice! I really enjoyed talking to her & my husband enjoyed talking to the guy with the tattoos. All the staff members we interacted with were really nice.

The bed wasn't super comfy, but I slept just fine, so I shouldn't complain! The hotel is older & a bit run-down in spots, however the room seemed relatively clean. The only bummers - the pool had a problem with the heater the morning prior to us showing up, so it was shut down. They also are waiting on breakfast supplies, so we also didn't get breakfast (no big deal though, since we have food allergies in our family).

The workers were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many tourists things.

The hot tub was not working, we choose this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub, and we were disappointed that it was not working. Would have been nice if we were warned when we booked the room.

With the restaurant closed it was nice to be in an area that was close to Starbucks and a grocery store. The hotel was very quiet even though the highway isn’t that far away. The only time I heard traffic noise was when my window was open. My room and the facility were very clean and the staff was fantastic...very friendly and helpful.

I can’t really think of anything I didn’t care for.

Most friendly staff ever at check in and throughout our stay, and checkout. Lobby was clean as well and they told us everything they offered with a phone call away. Thank you!

The fan/heater in our room stank and the window curtains didn't shut all the way, so it was bright at night from the parking lot lights.

Spacious and quiet room. Good sized refrigerator, Very convenient to the highway, easy to find. Appreciate the pet-friendly.

Covid closed the breakfast, that was disappointing. It would have been good to know that in advance of arriving. The TV had no sound for our favorite channel.

I was going to stay in Astoria but the hotel is very expensive. Shilo is only 5 minutes away from Astoria. Lewis & Clark national park and fort Stevens also within distance very convenient

For the whole premise they only has one washer no dryer which means ridiculous

The room was a little dirty… little things in the floor that the vacuum probably didn’t pick up no biggie

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful. The room was very spacious. I enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom was okay..... but there were pieces of hair everywhere, seemed it had been used and never cleaned.

Clean, had fridge and microwave, great location, friendly staff.

The only complaint was I wish there was coffee in lobby because the in room coffee pot was a single serve. This was because of Covid, so out of everyone's control.
