Inn at Seaside

Location was good, we were able to walk to everything so we didn't have to find more parking. Late check out of 12pm was a bonus Friendly staff

Breakfast was good. A bigger selection with hotel price would be nice and extra waffle machines as the line takes 15+ minutes and blocks the other food selections. The room was nice but cleaners didnt clean behind furniture so dirty kleenex behind nightstand and garbage behind dresser. Shower head needed replaced so it didnt spray properly. "Heated" pool was cold.

check-in was great, very friendly and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was great!! The pool was a little small, but didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves!!

We had no issues, so there was nothing we didn't like. There was an issue with our fridge and they came quickly to fix it and ended up having to swap it out, but again it wasn't an issue as they handled it quickly and were very friendly about it.

Breakfast good with GF options, clean, bright, cheery spaces, great customer service, nice location and easy parking, nice big TVs, great dvd library, comfy beds and live the 2 sink set up, nice mini fridge/freezer and curtains. Fun common space, all the staff were so nice and took great care of us. I appreciated the complimentary cookies, salt-water taffy for sale (saving us from long lines). Very beautiful and happy energy throughout.

Glass tops on tables room have sharp corners, not good for little kids. When we first came in and in between days, a few missed things under furniture, likely just from vacuuming errors, but made me think cleanings could be improved. The AC unit would blow extremely cold air, then stop, then ramp up again, it would have been So much more comfortable if it was more even heating/cooling element. Pool was extremely small and didn't seem heated. Still a great nice stay and would happily go again.

Room was super cute and there were little touches here and there that made it feel very boutique.

The door to our room didn't have an extra lock-that couldn't be accessed by a key or staff. This would typically not be as much of an issue except that the door leading to the outside-which was right next to our room-did not lock and it led right to the road, which made me (a woman) and my daughter feel very anxious. I had extreme difficulty sleeping. The staff was made aware, but whatever attempt they made to fix it did not work.

We like the proximity to town and to the beach and the front desk employees were friendly.

There were a couple of negatives for us. Breakfast is somewhat lacking. Being Vegan the only option for breakfast was packaged oatmeal, orange juice and a piece of fruit and the bananas offered were a bit overripe. As we were getting ready for check-out we checked the room for anything we might leave behind and found a used water bottle under a bed, but it wasn't ours, so we questioned the cleaning of the room. The hotel is older, it has some cosmetic updates but the AC in the room is extremely loud when it runs. Had to turn it off to sleep at night which made it a bit warm.

I did not eat the breakfast there because I am not a breakfast person but it smelled good :-) this hotel is excellent for the price. Not a giant wall of hotel rooms like some of the larger properties on the water, this property has three floors. It’s quiet, efficient, and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the room. We had a small kitchenette in our king-size suite and it was just perfect for storing leftovers. We didn’t cook or prepare food but it did have clean new, dishes silverware and the very basics to reheat food etc. I appreciate it so much that everything had a place and it was just a good layout to move about with two people. There’s an extra little sink outside the bathroom which was helpful to put make up on etc. while the other person used the bathroom. Again, I was so impressed with housekeeping that they fold it all the towels into swans etc. right down to the toilet paper and the paper towels. Will definitely stay there again

Room was clean and kitchenette was great. Very hot water in the shower, and two bathroom vanities made for an enjoyable stay. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was lackluster but it met the minimum expectations. Vending machines were out of order. Parking was a hassle at times. Overall you would have to nitpick things pretty hard to be upset with the environment at the inn at seaside. Overall was a very enjoyable experience.

The staff is always friendly. Love the cleanliness and late checkout. Also being dog friendly is important to our family. Variety of breakfast food at the late time- until 10 is appreciated.

I'd recommend a different traffic flow for the breakfast area. It was difficult to move around to get food. Maybe have food and utensils in 2 different areas. Other than that, I'd highly recommend the Inn at Seaside. Also maybe have a plug in on the nightstand for cell phones.

I loved the honor-system movie rental! Staff was super friendly and the amenities were nicer than I had expected. Location is absolutely lovely and I was very content with my stay

The shower door couldn't open if I left a small towel on the ground (so I wouldn't get water everywhere in the bathroom when stepping out of the shower) as rhe door would catch the towel due to the lack of clearance. Literally the smallest, honestly-unimportant thing, just something to consider if any shower doors need replacing. Honestly, it was an amazing stay and I have to absolutely nitpick unimportant details to find any form of small "flaw". Thank you so much!

Great complementary breakfast (waffles, juice, cereal, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, sandwiches, etc; central location (got to attend the artisan fair at the convention center and walk along the Main Street of shops). The views were mostly residential with the river nearby for biking and nice walks. Good food options for breakfast, nice movie library selection and kind staff. Would definitely visit again!

Loud garden maintenance (leaf blower/mower) but this was in the afternoon so it may not hinder sleeping. The pool is very small, too small for more than 3 strangers to comfortably use at the same time. Lots of loud barking but is expected considering pets are allowed at the hotel.
