Pheasant Field Bed and Breakfast

I usually stay in a large hotel and was skeptical about staying at a bed and breakfast because I never stayed in one. Robin and Kit were very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The property was scenic and beautiful. The price was very fair for the time of the season when things were busy and I give them a 10+ rating. I just wish I had more time to stay on the property. I will definitely stay there again.

The friendliness of the owners were beyond my expectations. Kind and caring owners. The scenery and accommodations were great along with the delicious breakfast. I highly recommend a stay here.

The new owners, Robin and Kyle, were very friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer questions about local restaurants, etc. And the home-cooked breakfast (fruit salad followed by a Dutch-baby pancake with cheese, spinach, and herbs) was delicious!

We, and perhaps others of our generation, were a little overwhelmed by the range of options available on the Roku TV in the room; some written instructions would have been helpful.

We stayed there on our way to move from SC to MA with two cats. After a long drive, this place was perfect! The atmosphere was very peaceful and pleasant. The staff was very kind and friendly. We could sleep well at night and safely arrive at the next day's final destination. Thank you so much!

What a delightful bed and breakfast! The 220 year-old home retains its historic charm but has also been updated with modern amenities. The proprietors were gracious and friendly. Our room, complete with a 4 poster bed, was very comfortable. We departed the next day after a delicious breakfast of gingerbread pancakes.

The house is centuries old yet comfortable and welcoming, with beautiful grounds and chickens. Hosts went our of their way to be accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Breakfasts were packed with vegetables, fresh, and delicious. We can't wait to go back!

It is very welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. Robin made excellent restaurant recommendations. Enjoyed our breakfast atmosphere and food choices too. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful location for fly fishing and the Keystone Theater at Allenberry.

My boyfriend and I needed a change of scenery and decided to stay here for our 2 year date-versary even though we live in Carlisle. Most of my family members have stayed here, It is so cute and cozy! Kit and Robin are wonderful hosts. They are so easy to talk to and very accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful, I'm on keto and Kit whipped up a beautiful and delicious Fritatta to accommodate my dietary needs to keep me on track. We will def be back and highly recommend coming here.
