Beds were comfortable and room size was nice.

There's a moldy smell as you enter the main entrance that is sickening! The staff has attempted to mask it air freshener. It's a bit pricey to wash & dry at the self laundry. The windows in the pool are didn't appear to be cleaned on a daily or regular basis! Last but not least, please make sure that housekeeping changes bed linen prior to customer check-in!!! After we checked in, we immediately noticed that the bed linen were soiled from previous guests. This was unhealthy & unsanitary! We reported this to the front desks and the gentleman to care of it for us.

The pool was fun for yhe kids and the room was comfortable. The price was attractive.

The breakfast was good but all the trash cans were overflowing. The juice dispenser was watered down and there were ants on the counter. Behind the bathroom door there was a buildup of dirt that should be more clean. The refrigerator unit had a decent crack in it. When booking for a family of 5, it is frustrating to only have 2 towels and washclothes stocked.

Everything looked very clean. Breakfast was good and hot, even until 930. The shower was hot. The staff was very friendly. I spoke to the housekeeping staff and they were very nice too.

The AC stopped working in the middle of the night. It was turned on but it wasn't blowing any air. Then early in the morning it started running again. I'm not sure what that was about. There was a TV channel guide in the room but you didn't know what program you were watching.

was very clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. close to everything we needed. The price for the hotel was very good, we were very satisfied with everything.

wasn’t much we didn’t like, other than the bed was way too hard for my liking, the people above us sounded like a couple times they were coming through the floor because of the way they were walking, but that is something the staff and the hotel can not control. other than that it was a very enjoyable place to stay.

check in was a breeze. Gave night shift manager my name and in 2 minutes, I was on way to my room. The room was comfortable size with fridge and microwave. Good size closet for my hanging clothes. Breakfast area was clean and very comfortable with lots of choices. We didn’t use the workout room or pool. The pool was tiny. Day front desk manager was super helpful explaining how we could visit . atten

one of the sheets had a big stain. I am sure is was cleaned but if gives creepy feel.

Nice hotel. The room is awesome. I loved the hotel. Chipotle and Giant are right in front of the hotel. All food options are within walking distance. The hotel is dog friendly.

There is no water fountain or other drinking options. They have free coffee, decaf coffee, lemon water, hot water, but no simple drinking water. This is weird.

The breakfast was good, with many choices. The location was perfect as we were attending the Little League World Series. It was a short drive, and close to restaurants.

The front desk did not have directions to the parking lot! I was just very surprised.

Breakfast offered lots of options, which we appreciated. Yogurt, cereal, waffles, etc. juices and coffee. The eating area was kept clean and well supplied while we were there.

It was fine -- a good place for an overnight stop, and for the price, a great value. Parking is easy and there were lots of affordable and convenient food options for dinner.

Convenient location & bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly.

We booked thru a travel website & the first 2 nights were relatively reasonable & then the price doubled for the weekend nights. It caught us off guard & alittle misleading with our expenses. Also our room had a little mildew odor initially. We told the staff when we left.

On the Main Street of many restaurants and stores. On the road to Niagara Falls so convenient for travelers. We even used the pool and gym. Very nice price bargain for a comfortable stay with a little bit of everything
