The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. despite there being a lot of activity in the general vicinity, it was quiet and peaceful in the room itself.

There was a distinct although not overwhelming smell of smoke in the bathroom. Despite the management’s assurance that it is a nonsmoking facility, some guests may be smoking and using the venting fan to exhaust the smoke, which then seeps into other rooms.

room was clean and bed comfortable. having the Poco’s restaurant in front is a big plus. Staff friendly. They do not offer breakfast but they have a microwave, coffee makers in the office area. they also have a frig and coffee in the rooms

there was water damage on the shower ceiling tiles that needs to be replaced. it would be nice if they offered a small breakfast since they have the space in the office area

Conveniently located and quiet. The mattress was very comfortable. The room appeared to have been recently painted and updated with new drapes, rug and a few decorations.

The bathroom needs an update too with a new higher elongated toilet and taller sink. Both entry and bathroom doors could use an update too.

There was no breakfast and we didn't expect any. The room was comfortable and clean. It was fine for what we needed. A strange thing - the toilet paper holder which was built into the tile was on the floor. I've never seen anything like that before. Check in and check out process was easy, as was booking. Place is quite old.

I didn't like the fire escape type stairs - very treacherous. The entire motel was not non-smoking so you could smell the smoke from the lower level (outside the room). Probably wouldn't stay again due to that.

Location just off Rte 313 was handy to our relatives whom we were visiting. Cross Keys Diner for breakfast Was just around the corner(I am gluten-free and dairy free) as I could not eat the breakfast choices provided at Main Street Inn. Room was updated and clean, blackout curtains worked well, A/C was new and comfortably cool, mattress and pillows comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Upper floor hall "carpeting" needed vacuuming.

The staff was absolutely amazing. As a travel nurse I’ve traveled all over the East coast and stayed in so callled “5 star” hotels that did not even compare to the hospitality of this staff. Despite being understaffed every single staff member there was so gracious . In the current climate of our nation, it’s refreshing to be treated with dignity, kindness, and above all RESPECT. Thank you so much!

There is nothing bad I could say.

Nicole at the front desk is was fantastic and very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good.. Room and bathroom seemed very clean except for a small brown stain on one comforter that looked like blood.

The bed was not very comfortable. I awoke with a achy stiff back and neck. The pillows were small and filled with chunks of foam that were tough to form into shapes. Faint smell of smoke from a non smoking room. One comforter had a small brown stain the color of blood.

Location, value, comfortable beds. Housekeeping was quiet, didn't wake us up. Parking easy. Great bar/restaurant/comedy club below.

Hard to find anything not to like, except bathroom a little dated, but otherwise fine. Nice clean tub.

Breakfast area was clean and stocked with plenty of Dunkin Donuts and coffee, plus yogurt and sealed breakfast sandwiches in wrappers- all just off the main desk area.

Upstairs hallway "carpeting" needed vacuuming.

everything went well! Only one concern was there was a utility worker scraping paint off the sidewalk right outside our door at the crack of dawn and woke us up.

the soda machines are out of date and you cant use a card top pay for drinks. Maybe update the machines and have more selections for snacks
