Beds are comfortable. TV is fine. Kitchen is good. Staff friendly

The breakfast is totally useless. Horrid quality, don't count on it filling up yourself or your child. The pool was not open, even tho absolutely no one was even concerned with germ spread. I saw zero masks on patrons or staff for nearly two weeks at the hotel. Open the darn pool already. My key cards had to be reset nearly every night while there. Completely annoying. The side entry doors do not work. Also annoying during freezing winter weather. Maintenance at this place is clearly lacking. Oh yeah, and the clothes dresser was falling apart The owners and manager need to put some love back into this place. None of this is an exaggeration.

The accommodations were great. I requested a 2-bedroom suite, and it was beautiful. I could have paid at least $100.00 less for a 3day, 2night stay especially since the pool and gym were not available due to Covid guidelines, but it was still awesome. Alexa was very nice when my family and I checked in and I noticed the other staff members were just as accommodating to the other guests as well. I liked having the breakfast available every morning too.

No pool or gym accessibility, no fault of your own.

The room was super spacious, clean, and comfortable. Additionally, they had Dove conditioner, shampoo, and soap in the shower.

There was no bottled water or anything in the fridge which was a bit disappointing. I do not trust the pitcher + filter combo in the fridge. The chairs in the main open area should really be replaced, they are extremely worn and falling apart.

Room was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. Location was awesome close to highway and plenty of stores to shop from. About 45 minutes drive to Philly. Staff was extremely super friendly. Breakfast was nice , the outdoor fire pit was also a nice spot to have a glass of wine in the evenings. Only thing is the pool was closed .. …otherwise would stay again. Shout out to the front desk crew !!!

The size of the room The well appointed kitchen with full sized fridge, range, dishes, silverware, etc Comfy large couch , great desk for my son to do schoolwork. Breakfast was decent with lots of variety and options.

Tiny critique- eggs were overcooked and dry/rubbery. But with hot sauce they were still yummy, and I am always happy when there are eggs.

Breakfast was fine with plenty of hot items. The location ws perfect for our visit.

To be charged for parking at $3/day while we were there. We stayed there last year and there wasn't a charge.

Rooms are spacious with a homey feel to them. They are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful,

pool and whorl pool are closed when the hotel next door and others have theirs open.

No pool available in mid summer? Not good. We had to return to front desk to get bedding for pullout bed. Breakfast was diappointing compared to previous stays here. The coffee in all pots was actually undrinkable. Extremely diluted, way more water than should have been.🙁

The hotel was close to the wedding we were attending. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The front desk staff could have been a little more welcoming and friendly. She came off stand-offish and seemed annoyed when we asked her question.

The breakfast was always satisfying and replenished when needed. The variety was good for all ages. I called the front desk one night about a loud neighbor above us - it was taken care of right away :)
