Your staff are top knotch, everything was comfortable, and access to a fridge and microwave were great!

The amenities were nice, but the room felt a bit overpriced; it seemed like an $80 room that I paid $110 for (the $100 deposit, even if it's refundable, was an unwelcome surprise). The remote and several lamps didn't work and I could see some water damage in the bathroom. Overall though, the stay was very pleasant.

I’m very pleased with this hotel the staff all are extremely nice and caring they go above and beyond to help. It’s a family oriented place lots of children which is an A+ as we are staying with a 2 year and 5 year old nobody complains when the kids are being kids throwing temper tantrums I myself have made a lot of new friends. If your looking to stay at a kid friendly family oriented hotel I highly recommend extended stays of America in horsham at 114 welsh rd you won’t regret it!

There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel excellent place to stay!

It was a Nice Hotel, if we were staying longer I would have gotten Kitchen stuff, like Pots, Pans, Dishes and Glasses, etc.

I didn't like not knowing about the Deposit. I paid for the Room already and had not factored that expense. That should be made clear when reserving the Hotel Room. Other Hotels I have stayed in did not have a Deposit.

Location

For it to have been a extended stay I think that the kitchen supplies should already be in the kitchen you should not have to request kitchen supplies such as a coffee maker although they did provide a small continental breakfast which was really sad

some guest left their doors open and was a tad noisy but other than that the property was great and would stay again

The fact that I was double charged by booking.com and the hotel, luckily the morning front desk worker contacted her gm and was able to issue a refund for the second charge. Other than that no further issues.

I enjoyed that I could check-in without any hesitancy. The hotel was clean and very well kept.

No real breakfast was offered, and for it to be advertised as non-smoking, there was an aroma of cigarettes and other things as well.

Comfort and Location

Had to wait at midnight for nearly 20 minutes to find the reception staff. For a while I thought there is no staff available for the night and had to place a call with customer service and by then the front desk staff showed up. She said she had to go clean up / clear up some stuff in the top level and apologized for the delay

Staff was very accommodating when I had to extend my stay a couple of days. They quickly provided what I needed in terms of exchanging dirty towels for clean ones and replenishing tissue boxes. They made my stay comfortable and stress-free.

The garbage room was overflowing once during my stay and it reeked of alcohol. The smell permeated the entire hallway adjacent to my room. Other than that, everything was good.

Front desk gentleman was extremely professional and polite with a smile on his face.... The bed was very comfortable everything was clean.
