TownePlace Suites by Marriott Harrisburg Hershey

Convenient to our destination, located close by. It was clean and tidy, and the pull out couch was made up and ready to go. Breakfast was very nice, with various tasty selections. Easy to unload our luggage with the carrier readily available. Checking in and out was quick and efficient.

The two bedroom suite was just a tad smaller in size than we expected, but it was certainly adequate to meet our needs. There's not much room to just sit and relax all in one space, together, though. (5 of us). The refrigerator was awkwardly located in the kitchen. The bathroom sink facet needed an aerator and splashed all over the place when attempting to wash up. Not a big deal, just inconvenient.

the main meeting area could have been freshened up a bit. I had to go to the Towneplace in Mechanicsburg for a breakfast meeting and even though it was essentially the same hotel, the one in Mechanicsburg felt roomier and the general meeting area was much nicer. we had a large group - Mechanicsburg Marriott would have been a better choice.

It was close to the places we needed to go. The breakfast was really good, they had a variety of things you could choose from. Will stay there again. I've stayed many of times before. I love the hotel and its loxation

A bit pricey for the Hotel.

My second trip to Harrisburg this year, interstate was backed up due to construction all day which gave us the opportunity to take scenic routes to our destinations. Best inconvenience that ever happened.

IHOP and Waffle house were not clean restaurants, Denny's is worth the trip for breakfast.

That it was located around a lot of food areas. The hotel room was exactly how it was shown in the pictures.

During my 2 night stay the cleaning service never came to take out the garbage or clean up while we were out.

Innovative room design. Closet serving bathroom and entry way. Staff expertise and willingness to help

Breakfast detracted from the level of service found in the items mentioned above.

It was a great stay! Breakfast was amazing , good and high quality food! Staff was exceptional. Location was perfect .

Spa tub was hot but jets/ bubbles we not working:(

The room was clean and the kitchen completely set up with everything you need for basic meal prep. There was a nice rollout dining table tucked under the desk. Parking was free and easy. The location was very convenient and quiet. We walked to the local Chinese buffet in just 5 minutes, which was open in spite of covid!! If you need groceries, Target is a five minute drive.

The bathroom needs more hooks or more towel racks, which is true of almost every hotel we stay in. The breakfast is very limited due to - what else - covid. I would suggest that the breakfast/coffee service hours be extended to 10 a.m. every day. We were there for a holiday weekend, and on the last day of our stay - Monday - I was distressed to find everything removed at 9 a.m. Why is that? Business travel is way down. Not many people are jumping out of bed to get to that early morning meeting. Hotels need to accommodate that fact and keep the few items they do put out these days out a bit longer.

Room smelled of smoke. Told the front desk as soon as we checked in so we wouldnt be held responsible for the smell and attendant gave us 1 night discount. Kudos. Would def. stay at property again based on customer service.

The hotel suite we booked was meticulously clean. It was very well laid out and spacious. We loved the front desk staff for being friendly, efficient and helpful. Due to Covid19 there was no breakfast buffet, but they made a grab and go breakfast available, consisting of muffins, cereal bars, oatmeal, oranges and water. This was very helpful because of time constraints we didn't have time to locate a nearby breakfast spot. Under different circumstances we wouldn't have hesitated to stay longer.

There are no negative aspects in our opinion.
