Sleep Inn & Suites Harrisburg -Eisenhower Boulevard

TJ provided the most friendliest of welcomes to all of us and guaranteed we'd choose to stay there for our next trip to Hersheypark! Taryn went above and beyond to help secure a great dinner be delivered by one of her favorite local restaurants! The many choices and make-your-own waffles were amazing & a perfect way to start every day! Thank you Sleep Inn for a great trip to Hersheypark!

very clean and staff was friendly

unfortunately i could not find the heated pool. Their is a pool but the water is very cold that i couldn’t even get in. the water temp goes from cold to burn in the bathroom. be careful with that but everything else was good. i would definitely come back to another sleep in.

11 miles to Hershey Park, beds are comfortable, room is fairly spacious, rates are great, hotel is overall clean and updated. Overall, perfect for going to Hershey and coming back at night to shower and sleep.

Room 309- Found two hairs in the bathtub but you can tell it was cleaned so I don’t know what happened there- no laundry in the detergent for purchase in the laundry room but washer/dryer worked fine, tiny spot of stickiness on carpet by one of the beds- interesting- but it was tiny, phone had a missing piece near the wire, annoying noise like snoring in the room but coming from the ac unit.

Location was good. It was not too far to Hersheypark where we visited. Rooms were in good condition and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was next to a cheap looking motel and one side of our hotel was facing them and their loud & quirky 'tenants'. The breakfast could have been much better (I do somewhat understand they were still cautious under Covid w/ wrapped sandwiches but could have had a bit more variety). The coffee machine wasn't working; we had to make coffee in our rooms. The juice machine wasn't working either.

The property is so cozy and the room is clean. Smells great and just feels so good to have a nice sleep! Shower is great too, didn’t want to get out. King Suite is so wonderful and roomy. Has a nice indoor pool. Waffles and coffee were great! Close to Target and many restaurants!

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that they make it really hard to say goodbye 🥲 Miss it already 😭

I liked the spacious barthoom and the how quick the water got HOT, the Cleaners were exceptionally nice and professional and all in all was a great stay and would hightly recommend and may be back in future.

The breakfast could have been better , the beds need more fluff not the greatest in comfortability.

The staff members were so kind. The breakfast was even more than we could have asked for! The hotel was super clean, even our room! We thought the bathroom supplies (shampoo,soap, etc.) were amazing! They have some fun simple gambling machines in the lobby that we enjoyed playing! Definitely recommend.

Room was large and clean, reserved a double Queen but was upgraded to a King Suite. Liked quiet hours.

Understand the need for protecting staff from COVID exposure but the “bunker like” front desk was disturbing. Need to follow up routinely cleaning the breakfast area since some guests leave a mess.

The first thing I did once I entered the room, was room remove the bedding and check for evidence of bed bugs. The room was very clean, spacious, and the staff was very kind.

The only issue I had was that the indoor pool was rather cold and there was evidence of of mold on the ceiling near the ac vent in the pool room.

Front staff Phil and Liz were great. Son’s furniture didn’t arrive and we ended up staying a few more days. They were able to accommodate us and move us to a different room. So nice and pleasant!

Breakfast could have more options but was good enough for us as we don’t eat much in the morning.
