It was super clean.. The staff was pleasant..

I booked thru booking.com And the front desk was unaware of free breakfast .. They had to bill the room then deduct it.. From a hospitality background, I think there's an easier way to do that. Also in the evening jacuzzi was filled with toddlers.. I'm sure there is no way to notice that, but after a long day a nice jacuzzi hot tub would be a way to end the day... but instead straight to bed.

I stay at this location every other year for an event, and it's always amazing! Clean, bright, and comfortable quiet rooms! I particularly enjoy the walking trail connected to the property and the fact that I can walk to multiple restaurants nearby,

I cannot think of anything I did not like about this facility. I searched my memory and could not think of anything that did not meet my expectations. Memories of past stays also prove void of negative things tied to this property,

Great location - very helpful employees. I had booked for two nights, a Sat/Sun but for some reason the reservation had me there Mon-Wed. But they had plenty of rooms so were able to accommodate me with no issues. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable and easy to control the temp.

Breakfast was great, but, it was included in the room and I still had to pay, then they credited me later. Not much of an issue but it would have been a little less hassle to not have to pay, just have it in the room rate. One other minor issue - the bathtub in my room could be replaced. It was kind of old and had sort of a divot which collected water, so there was some rust and water stains and the next morning when I showered, there was a cold puddle of water in the tub that I stepped in. But those were minor, the staff and location were great, the food was very good, and it was in a quiet area off the interstate. Would def. stay there again.

The bar down stairs in the lobby is great and so is the bartender very friendly and out going . The chiefs who's are cooking by the bar are great and if you do go definitely try out there wings or steak sandwich. Hotel has a indoor pool 3ft - 4ft which was nice and there was a hot tub as well. Hotel was very clean I can say that . The front desk has awesome lady's working and are very helpful.

One main thing that always has to be good when begin on vacation is the bed but here they were kind of hard/stiff and the pillow were like air i didn't like it. Breakfast is not included & is $9 per adult for the money you pay for these rooms Breakfast should be included. Another little thing is that if your going to hersey park maybe get a closer hotel this one is about 25 minute drive or so.

I thought it was a continental breakfast then after we ate we got a bill most of your hotels the breakfast is included for as much as you pay for a night stay the breakfast should be included if I knew it wasn't included I would of looked for another hotel

Nearly new in appearance and upkeep. A nice place to stay. Rooms very clean and comfy.

Restaurant! Saturday breakfast was supposed to be until 11am. Arrived at 10 and all “hot” food was cold. At 10:30, the employees took away the food and at 10:40 the waitress started asking people for there plates. Perhaps ok on a weekday but on the weekend it was pushy when things should be more relaxed.

Great location near Hershey Park without the extra cost of the hotels actually in Hershey. The pools and hot tub were great. There is a small workout room, but it has good equipment, weights, mats, etc. This was a real plus to me since most hotel workout rooms are almost worthless. The hotel restaurant is exceptional with great food and friendly staff.

Since the room windows don't open, everything is damp and has a funky smell all the time. The room AC just circulates the same air and there's no way to get the moisture out. Hotel ACs really need a dehumidifier setting. This was the only downside though, everything else was great.

Was a but early arriving and was permitted to check in about 45 minutes before designated time. Desk staff was friendly and cheerful. Very close to a lot of shopping and an easy drive to the farm show complex.

Pillows although fluffy were unsupportive on the neck. Bed was a bit hard, but I have slept on worse!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating in addition grounds are well maintained.This location offers an indoor and outdoor pool(which most don’t in the area)..The location was convenient to a wonderful Mexican restaurant and very good pizzeria- if you get tired of chicken nuggets and French fries. This hotel is a no brainer and I would absolutely stay there again.

Coming from a clean freak the bath tub could use a bit of bleach. Other then that we were extremely pleased!

We were disappointed that we paid more to stay at this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we arrived we found the hot tub was permanently closed. We could have gone to a less expensive hotel if we had known.
