Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg East-Hershey Area

They literally thought of everything!! It was comfortable very clean and the staff was excellent extremely kind. The breakfast was good and the grounds were really nice. They have everything you need in the hotel and more. They even wrote sweet messages on their bananas for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed in a king suite with 4 people (2 children) and it was perfect. It was very quiet during our whole stay. The pool was great! The kids had a blast - the water was not cold! Staff was friendly and engaged with the kids. The hotel was near a few restaurants within walking distance which is great when you have kids! There also was a wide paved path that went around the surrounding properties that you could walk or run along. It took about 15-20 min to get to Hershey Park, depending on traffic, from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved that you didn't have to sign up for 1 hour slots for pool time (they had a maximum capacity of 30 as the only restriction). That made the kids vacation exceptionally fun. While most hotels during COVID have suspended hot breakfast, Homewood Suites was still serving one and it made our mornings a lot more convenient. We picked this hotel because the rooms came with a full kitchen which was a big bonus. We didn't have to stress out about where to eat. It made it a true home away from home experience.

Having to request toilet paper at the front desk because housekeeping services were suspended due to COVID safety measures. All understandable and only a minor inconvenience.

The property was clean and inviting. The room was big and comfortable. The room was cleans and provided excellent amenities with a full kitchen.

We didn’t use any hotel amenities, so I can’t speak to the whole hotel, but our stay was great.

location to LIFE Center Ministries and it was very close to several restaurants.

no hot tub needs better signage to direct people to the coffee/tea station (because it’s not close to the food). Good location for coffee throughout the day/evening, so I understand why it was there.

Our room was great. Very comfortable beds, large clean rooms. Kids loved breakfast, it had a nice variety. Location was excellent. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and the Pennsylvania Farm Complex.

We had a two bedroom suite and the only thing needed was a larger garbage can for the kitchenette. When traveling with children, garbage accumulates quick.

The indoor pool area was great for our family. I also enjoyed the fitness area. The front desk staff was very attentive. Every staff member I encountered was very kind.

Pool was very unclean one morning - hair and oils floating on the surface. Pool filter had not been running all night. Did not feel comfortable swimming that day.

My room initially wasn't ready today I got there because of an unforeseen incident but they put me up in a smaller room which was still great very clean and comfortable. I decided to stay an extra day while I was gone that got my room together they gave me a discount are my one-bedroom King room was just as crazy as I expected it to be. From now on this is our family Hotel WE will stay nowhere else

I liked the upgrade to my suite. Breakfast was quality food and always hot.

It was a little pricy for what you get. A decrease of 15-20% would have made me feel like I was getting value for my money.

Location was convenient, and the room was spacious and pretty clean.

I was charged twice but staff was super friendly and helpful. This was resolved immediately so I appreciated that!
