Hampton Inn by Hilton Harrisburg West

Great location. The grounds are well maintained. Pretty entry driving into the property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quiet.

It would be nice if the hotel provided a couple small bottles of water for guests at no cost.

I liked the fact that they we're actually providing a hot breakfast option again.

Noise, we stay here frequently and it's normally very quiet, unfortunately that wasn't the case on some of the nights of our stay, as there were children running in the hallway, and they even knocked on our door on two different occasions, but the noise did stop by 10 so it didn't affect our sleep. I blame this more on the parents than the hotel, but what else do you expect in today's society.

Family of 4 for our trip to Hershey for 4th of July weekend. I’m most concerned about cleanliness when it comes to hotels and this met our expectations. Also, we look for affordable since I don’t like spending a ton on just a place to sleep and shower. Very affordable compared to other nearby Hershey hotels. Heads up, this is about 25-30 min away from Hershey park. Not a big deal for us since we only went back in the evening. Overall, wonderful and would stay again.

The room had a nice set up and was clean. I liked the mini mart in the lobby to buy food, drinks, and other necessities.

On day 1 the breakfast was great but on day 2 (Saturday morning) there was nothing available. There was no coffee or cups out, a couple of yogurt cups and one can of organs juice. No muffins or bagels or cereal like the previous day. There were two people at the front desk. One was checking a guest out and the other was just standing there doing nothing.

It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great.

I found the bathroom tiny and a bit awkward. the closet doors in the room are weird and looks like you ran out of money to finish the rooms properly. But those are just the looks of things and didn’t interfere with our stay.

The breakfast was good. Very good coffee. Food was good big variety.

I didn't like no maid service . My husband had to take the garbage out and ask for a garbage bag. Also no one to care of the dirty towels.

This was our third trip to this hotel. The staff was very friendly and everything was great! Will be returning in September for the race at Williams-Grove. This hotel is very convenient to the race track!

There was nothing that we did not like.

The room was nice, with fridge and microwave. Staff was lovely.

Breakfast had some good options, but wasn't really for me. A bit expensive.

The breakfast was good compared to many other hotel breakfasts I have experienced. The hotel had great restaurants nearby and provided easy access to Rt. 15. The pool and grounds were very nice and well maintained.

The property has been updated since we were last there. Everything is new and very clean. The room was an excellent size for all 6 of us! Super comfortable. Great sleeper sofa! We particularly loved the convenience to Roundtop.Complimentary breakfast hit the spot!
