The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful and attentive.

Be careful when using valet parking attendances. Some of these people do not care about your vehicle. When I truck was returned to me, it had a small dent in the door, which was not there when the attendant took it. The guy said, " my truck was parked where it shouldn't have." So someone caused the damage when a door from another vehicle was opened. I'm very unhappy 🙁 about this.

The staff was excellent. The lady at the front desk was kind and gracious. The valet was a nice guy and helpful. The waiter at the restaurant was friendly and nice. It was convenient to have it in the building. The food was ok - need to do better with the menu. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the Monkees party too!

The parking was rough since it was limited close to the building and had to walk to get to the lot. I lucked out and found a spot in front of the building. The food in the restaurant can use an update. Otherwise this was still a great place.

The staff was extremely pleasant. The greetings from the valet staff as we entered and as we left the hotel made us feel very special. The check in and check out were a breeze.

There was only one trash can in the room (the bathroom) and even though I booked for two adults and two children they only gave us two towel sets. I think if you book for four there should be a minimum of four sets.

Elevator access is key card activated, feels safe.

The door had a huge gap from the floor, maybe 2-3 inches and could hear everything in the hallway as well as light coming through the gap. I used a towel to fill in gap. Also the front desk male who I checked out with was a total snob, I really have never experienced rude customer service like such before. Will not come back to the hotel because of it.

Checking in was a breeze and the front desk staff was very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our room and its facilities. The location was exceptionally convenient to the event we attended at The Mann.

We encountered some technical difficulties with the automatic parking system, but the hotel staff was responsive in coming out to observe the issue. We did hear some noise filtering in to our room from the hallway but that's to be expected.

the originally charged me for a car parking I didn't have. Staff cleared up that error right away. Was there for my brothers wedding. Staff in the ballroom were excellent!!

was not a fan of the food served at the wedding dinner. Also when we went downstairs the morning of my brothers wedding to inquire about some breakfast options we were brushed off by staff in the restaurant. we were turned off and decided not to get breakfast there but outside the hotel.

The staff was professional. The room was clean and a perfect size for my family. The room had a safe for my personal belongings. The hotel was near many restaurants and a shopping area.

The room had a refrigerator . However, I thought the room would've had a microwave. This would've been convenient to make a quick meal.

The breakfast was a bit overpriced and they were short staffed so it took awhile to get seated and served . However, one older gentleman did apologize for the long line and was on his toes to get tables cleaned .

We didn't have breakfast here.

On booking.com it says this hotel has an indoor heated pool that's open all year round. When we arrived at the hotel we were told the pool is permanently closed. This is the main reason we picked this hotel. I was traveling with 2 children who were excited to use the pool.
