Budget Inn Williamsport

The sign looked old and I was worried about the facility until I turned the corner and saw the building and that it looked newer and kept up. Friendly and fast check in. The room was clean and big. Bed was a queen. Large fridge. When I needed an extra blanket, they were quick to supply.

I was in a handicap room and the plastic that held the shower nozzle to the wall was broken so you couldn't stand under a stream of water. Metal wires were placed to try to fix it, but it wasn't effective and dangerous. No continental breakfast and no coffeemakers in the room which was disappointing. It appears the owners are still COVID-19 frightened since they have the lobby and ice machine locked up. They were responsive to getting it for you. They did not make the bed or freshen towels during my two night stay. But I didn't ask, so I may have misunderstood they didn't do that.

Very clean. Had everything there you would expect. Very good rates.

Beds were not the most comfortable, but adequate. Also, no one was there when I got there to check in. I had to call them and then they came to the facility to check me in. They were prompt and courteous, and the room was very cheap so I guess that was a minor inconvenience. Everything else was just fine.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was about 5 min from downtown. It's was fine with me but for the person who likes to be within walking distance it would not be as good of a location. Great value! I will stay there again.

There was no ice machine.

This place was spotless. I have not seen such a clean motel before. The room was spacious, very high ceilings and significant amount of storage drawers if staying for a longer period of time. Apartment sized refrigerator was also a nice touch. So much nicer than a small box frig that can't hold ice or other frozen items. The bathroom had auto on lights and exhaust fan, so you just walk in and it all turns on. Can be shut off using the wall switch easily. Very safe location, significant lighting and continental breakfast of coffee, cereal, juice, etc.

The coffee wasn't strong enough, very weak. I would say that was my only real complaint. The shower water pressure was a bit soft for me personally, but not enough to complain about. In the obverse, the shower head was high enough for a tall person to take a comfortable shower without bending down, something I have encountered elsewhere and didn't like.

I'm amusing it was the owner he was great and moved me in. Gave me a free upgrade to a King size room. Every thing was motel expected. Fair amount of wear from the years of serive. Rooms where top notch for a motel. I was on the 2nd had to take stair case up. It was very clean. The surrounding veiw was decent in the front with gas station and a flower selling. Over all reveiw. Staff was amazing, clean rooms, fridge was tall, bathroom floor was redone (real nice), well lit, and it had a safe feeling.

What i would upgrade! New modern bed spread, bed pillow top, fresh paint, and new shower curtain. No reason you couldn't get an extra $15-$20 per night stay in 204.

While I paid a buffet price, the room was 4-star quality. The entire property is well maintained, and my room was clean, updated, and quiet with an extremely comfortable bed. I’ve already mentioned it to others who might visit the area in the future.

Because of the current pandemic the continental breakfast was not available. But this was minor. There are places nearby to get breakfast.

Price was good, room was large and beds were comfy

Small fruit flies in room, no ice machine, refrigerator in room was not cold.

Budget inn at Williamsport was more than I excepted. Last min trip easy booking. The checkin was smooth. I am handicap and they was able to accommodate us with a handicap room. The room was clean and much bigger than expected.

It was affordable, clean, and the front desk was polite and accessible. My husband is always looking for cheap, and I am looking for clean (including no weird smells) and comfortable. This fit the bill.

No shampoo in bathroom.

Was not expecting it to be as CLEAN as it was. VERY nice for a cheap place. It served its purpose & was NOT cheap on CLEANLINESS!! Beds were comfortable & the room was spacious !! Shower was HOT & made for a perfect shower...

Owners were super nice but a little too on top of the room. We barely got the door closed (as we walked in & they called the room) to see if we liked it. And then at 11:01am called to see if we were leaving!!! Just a little TOO MUCH. BUT they were SUPER NICE...
