Quality Inn Mill Hall - Lamar

The front desk staff were both very friendly and we especially appreciated being able to get a room on such short notice and being allowed to have our dog with us. The price was excellent and the room was clean.

The building itself needs updating, but the furniture, towels, and bedding were very clean. The walls are thin-we had some rude people near us laughing and loudly cackling until almost 4am. I hate putting employees in a potentially dangerous situation if I were to ask them to say something, so I just tried to go back to sleep every time her annoying cackle would startle me awake.

great breakfast, everything was well presented, cleanliness was super, variety was excellent and quality was perfect. Highly recommend this bonus!

the 2 at the front desk were so kind and friendly, the lobby is very attractive to walk into, plenty of parking, room was super clean and had coffee and other items, i like that there was no carpet

Staff was friendly and when I had an issue with the room (air conditioning not working) came right away.

Did not get the air conditioning working till last night so hot muggy room sleeping till then.

Very nice staff and quick check in, also it was close to the main roads! Browns Hill Restaurant was awesome and close by to get a great meal!

This comfortable hotel was located in a halfway point of our travel day. All was comfortable and clean. There were two excellent choices of restaurants next door for dinner. The hot breakfast at the hotel was good with many choices from which to choose.

There were no negatives.

The room was nice and clean.

We were told breakfast is out at 6 am. The hot breakfast items were not ready at that time and the woman didn’t know how long it would be. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the breakfast, but we had to go to McDonald’s instead because we didn’t have time to wait.

The location was perfect, right off of Interstate 80. The woman at reception was so sweet, friendly and helpful. She shared the weather forecast so we could plan our travels well.

Checked in late night, receptionist were helpful. Room was clean with necessary amenities for the price. Was surprised to see different options for breakfast.
