Best Western Airport Inn Warwick

The hotel exceeded our expectations given the relatively competitive price. It was a great value. The room was large, beds comfortable and it had a shall fridge and microwave. The breakfast selection of scrambled eggs, sausage patties and hash brown potatoes was good. They also had the typical other selections of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and breads. All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again when I need a room near the airport. They also have a free shuttle for the very short trip to the terminal

The bathroom is pretty small.

Location was right close to the airport, the shuttle ran very early - 4 am - which we needed, and the room was ready early, clean and comfortable.

I didn't feel like the front desk people were happy to be there. No smiles, didn't seem super helpful, like other locations we were staying in while on this trip. Just my own personal thing -- I hate when the sink is separated from the shower/toilet area. You end up doing all of the bathroom stuff basically like you're in the actual room. Since my friend and I arose at different times, it made it tough to be quiet.

Breakfast was fine, though a little more selection with the hot plates wouldn't go amiss. Coffee was nice and hot, orange juice was nice and cool and fresh. Very comfortable room. Great choice of tv channels. Very comfortable bed. Front of house staff were exceptional: very knowledgeable and friendly.

I think there was a sports team in the same corridor as me who were very noisy until the late hours. Although there was a no smoking policy, the corridor did smell a little bit "herbal" but didn't bother me too much.

I was very pleased with my stay at this Best Western. It's very close to the airport and shuttle service (both to the hotel and car rental) was provided. It was so comfortable, clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel also has onvenient parking, is 1 minute from the main highway, and is close to so many stores & restaurants. I'll definiely stay again!!

Breakfast was provided, which seemed like it would be good. I'm a late riser so wasn't able to take advanage (my problem; not their's). Maybe a couple of muffins or something could be left for us late people?? However, coffee (good, too, with various flavors as well as tea and hot chocolate) is available 24/7.

Man at the front desk was very helpful. I had container of cooked oats ready to be heated in the microwave at 4 a.m. but had forgotten to bring a spoon. He gave me two. I had a twenty dollar bill and a one dollar bill and he broke the twenty into a five and the rest into one dollar bills so that I could leave a tip for the cleaning staff. I checked in around 7:30. I thought that the man at the desk was professional and kind.

I could not figure out how to set the alarm clock. Needs clear instructions with it. It's possible that it was not in good working order. There was a light switch on the wall next to the door but it did not turn on a light. I asked to for a wake-up call. The phone rang once. I picked it up. No one answered my hello. Fortunately, my cell phone alarm worked. I needed to be up at 4 a.m. to get a 6:25 flight. I think it would be nice to have a night light in the room.

The coffee was available 24/7 and was ALWAYS hot! The machine also offered iced coffee, hot tea, and iced tea. The breakfast had a yogurt machine, which I had never seen before. The choices were more than acceptable, at least for me. Good breakfast! And the coffee always available and HOT!!! My room was huge! I had a queen/king sized bed, two night stands, sofa, easy chair, armoire, desk, dresser, bench and had more than enough room to dance!

There was a slight mix-up on cleaning my room but resolved once I notified the front desk after the 2nd time. The TV remote control does not have a program guide so I never knew what programs were playing. There was a TV channel guide, provided by the hotel, but nothing on the remote to choose a program. It was "hit and miss."

Close to the airport w/24 hr shuttle service; this is great because we get in to TF Greene late so we stay here & then shuttle back to the airport in the morning to get the rental car. Hotel is always clean, friendly & helpful staff w/a quick breakfast included.

Bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan so between moisture from the shower & humidity in general the room smells a little musty. However, the room & bathroom were exceptionally clean.

We stayed overnight on a trip to Maine. Our room was immaculate. This was one of the cleanest I can remember staying in. Front desk was awesome (and he worked a double shift!!) He searched for several minutes at 11pm for salt for me, and found it! Staff was lovely. Breakfast was abundant, offering variety. Not sure if the breakfast attendant was on roller skates, because she kept everything filled and so neat/clean, in spite of a couple of families with kids who evidently do not go out much! The location could not be better if you are flying out of TF Green. My only regret is that we weren't staying longer!😁

That I wasn't staying longer! There really were no negatives!

The air-conditioning, fridge and microwave in the room, free coffee and tea and water all day as well as the complementary breakfast made this an excellent place to spend a few days. It’s great if you have a car but if not the 20 and 66 bus leave from the Radisson that take you into Providence and the 14 to Newport is 15 minutes walk away.

I would have liked some plant milk so I could have had cereal in the morning! The water machine also gave you lukewarm water so you had to always have a spare bottle in the fridge.

The staff was very friendly (Bob) when we checked in. They had no issue with us checking in an hour early. The Breakfast was the best breakfast I have had at a Holtel since covid. The room was clean. The lobby was clean. The shower had lot of pressure. It is a very nice place to stay if you don't need a pool or traveling with your pet. I will stay there again if I don't have my children who like a pool or if I am not traveling with my Jack Russel.
