Hyatt Place Warwick/Providence Airport

The room was spacious and as we requested quiet.

The cleaning schedule...no one mentioned that it was intermittent. We were of the impression that our room would be cleaned daily. No one could explain why, once we were told we had to request daily cleaning, including making up beds, that it still did NOT happen.We received clean towels every other day or so. Towards the 8th day of our 10 day stay our room did get more attention. Somewhere in writing , like on your website, we suggest you write down..cleaning of rooms is like a timeshare once a week with towel exchange upon need. Not to have been told ahead of time left us feeling frustrated. Nonetheless, we have since booked another 10 day stay in late September.

We were so happy to discover that our deluxe queen room had a small sofa and ottoman! It made our stay more cozy. The contemporary stying our room was refreshing; so many times, hotel stays can be a step back into decades past, but this Hyatt felt modern and clean. Plenty of lighting options and electrical outlets in the room and we liked the big shower and simple design that made keeping the bathroom tidy during our stay easier than usual. We wanted to see as much of Rhode Island as we could during our stay and the location made driving to Newport, Narragansett, Wickford, and Massachusetts, easy and enjoyable.

This was a good choice for us and we enjoyed the fact that there were trains, planes, and automobiles nearby: a light rail station is located right behind the property, giving customers the ability to travel right up to Boston by train about every 4 hours; the airport is located down the road (although we didn't hear any air traffic at all!); a large rental car facility is located across from the hotel making for an unusual view of cars going up the ramp at all times. The hotel itself has a laid-back vibe though, like a comfy oasis in the middle of all the travel options, but if you're looking for scenic view, this will be a surprising stay for you!

The pool, the breakfast, the room and shower

The ONLY negative thing was that my son was swimming in the pool and was ready to get out but there were no clean towels, so I went to the front desk. They said someone would bring towels. We waited a half hour- no towels. I went back to the front desk. Again I was told someone would bring towels. We waited 10 more minutes! No towels! So I went back to my room and grabbed a towel. This was reglectful and put a bad taste in my mouth. I would have given 10/10 except for that experience- disappointing.

I liked that my sister got a candy bar on the house for her birthday. It made it a more memorable experience! The breakfast was good and my little sisters had a blast in the pool!

When I booked my room, booking.com had a rate of $139 buy then I clicked to confirm and the price jumped up to $157. I thought this was a bit overpriced and I couldn't really do much about it. .

Plenty of outside space for the dog. Staff was great. Rooms were fine. Down pillows and comforter, I am allergic, but the family appreciated it. Plenty of parking. I was totally cool with the trains zooming by.

Common space for breakfast and pool were very small for how many rooms this place has. We opted out of the free breakfast and the pool, because it was too crowded. Might be fine on low occupancy days. Aside from the grounds, it is not in a pedestrian friendly area. We hopped in the car even though, in theory, there is a Dunks, HoneyDew, and good restaurant within "walking" distance.

The comfort of the room, the best mattress and was so comfortable!

It would've been great to have the use of a FAST "DC" electric charging station to use while we were there! We had to drive around to find one to use and sit in the car and wait while it charged! We were concidering not staying here because there were NO charging stations! With more and more electric cars coming on the market you should put some stations in your parking area.

Everyone was so helpful and ready to make your stay wonderful. The lady at the front desk today 8-21 at 10ish was outstanding. She was working the front desk, filling water bottles for a lady with kids, helping those having breakfast as well as checking people out. So awesome!!! The lady working the front desk last night was just as great!! We needed pool towels and they came quickly. Thank you

Breakfast food could of been a bit more hot. There were a lot of people and the staff was working very hard to make sure all was good.

that they only cleaned every three days! there wasn’t coffee at night time or hot tea when it’s cold out! took my grandson to the pool and it was cold not heated enough so you could only be in a short time and freeze to go back to your room! we’re the hall ways could of had the heat on! had to ask for towels every night of my stay, and sheets! had to comp my on trash, could off stay home for that

The breakfast par the usual was fantastic.. The view from our room at first was just ok until the sun set and then It became perfect!

On our last day getting ready to leave a water pipe burst so the water had to be turned off… wasn’t able to get our family fully ready for the day seeing they weren’t able to shower before leaving the hotel.. but I do understand things happen and it will not stop me from Booking another visit with them soon..

Everything was great from the moment my mom and I stepped in. The staff was accommodating (Paul was on FIRE) and welcomed us. The room was immaculate and the breakfast setup was great.

The only drawback is the pool. I didn't like exposure to the outside people walking by. There was no privacy and a shade of some sort would have been nice.
