The Abernathy

The location was great, and it was pet friendly. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Charity was the first person who greeted us, and was very nice and professional. Also, the bartender, sorry, I didn't get his name, was very nice and polite too. Great employees are hard to find, and they went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. They deserve a raise and bonuses. Thank you again!

The only thing I was disappointed with was that there was no one available to prep breakfast.

The front desk gal was wonderful! She was very welcoming and hospitable. The room had all the comforts that we needed. The location was excellent! We were there to play in a baseball tournament at the Clemson field and it was about 0.25 miles away! I walked back to the hotel between games. It was also convenient to everything Clemson has to offer.

Our shower was dirty and the soap dispenser was either empty or broken. Also, there was not much insulation in the rooms as the guests above us and in the halls could be heard loud and clear!

I loved my first stay at the Abernathy! The room was perfectly clean. The mattress was very comfortable and the shower was awesome! I really loved the Dabo suite. It made me feel like part of the team and I would recommend it to any fan of America’s best college football team. The location is also very convenient. The bar/restaurant was ok, but the location of the hotel made up for it. The Abernathy is a very short walk to the Esso Club and in the opposite direction is downtown and many good options.

The location was perfect, right across the street from the Clemson campus. Walking distance to the downtown strip. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom shower was a bit dingy and could’ve been cleaned a bit better as there was hair in shower. Also, either there was no bathroom exhaust fan or it didn’t work.

I never got to enjoy the breakfast. I had to get up extremely early for work everyday I was there Next time i would love to be able to check it out.

everything was amazing. I cant think of anything that i didn't like. The rooms were huge and the bathroom was exceptional.

You could not ask for a better location. It is right across the street from the stadium and campus. It is right around the order from the main downtown strip. The room is very spacious and bright, including the bathroom. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

The welcome greeting at the front desk and the clean open space. The room was well designed and decorated. The kitchen dining space was a welcome surprise.
