Courtyard Clemson

I was received so well by the front desk staff, my room for the most part was very welcoming and clean. I also felt the size of the room was spacious for three people.

My coffee maker was extremely dirty to the point where we were unable to use it. There were random strands of hair after the room was clean and in the bathroom and shower, but it did not make it impossible for us to stay there.

great location, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. staff was excellent with the exception of the Bar tender who seemed to have an attitude and generally to busy to be interrupted by customers.

Due to COVID, the rooms were not service daily, and if new towels or trash needed to be taken out it had to be requested. the bartender way a horrible people person and made people with my group feel as if we were a burden on her busy schedule.

convenient location, walk to breakfast diner, pool to unwind. we consider this a clean, basic hotel for a single night work trip. longer stays, we’d look elsewhere. nothing special, but perfectly adequate!

no dislikes. I will point out coffee is not free, and breakfast isn’t included. this didn’t dissuade us from staying on two separate trips, just good to know before you go.

Facilities were clean and very close to our Clemson student’s housing!

It was a little noisy, you can hear everything happening on our floor and the AC also made big noise when turning on a couple times during the night. Also, the fitted sheets were not really fitted and I had to fix them twice during the night as well.

front desk staff went above and beyond the entire stay! best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel!!!

sink didn’t drain well and had issues with deadbolt on door (front desk fixed for me once bc maintenance was not in yet)

Nice pool and outside sitting area. Very nice lobby and sitting areas. Pleasant clerks and comfortable beds. Pillows no so much.. Shower was awesome.

The stay was pleasant for what we needed. Just a few minor inconveniences. Had to go to Lobby for ice, no complimentary coffee or breakfast.

clean room and lobby. we liked the pool area and location. bed was comfy.

pool was dirty, but it is the off season. we skimmed it and enjoyed swimming nonetheless. breakfast and coffee were not included in this stay.

I did not eat breakfast and the location was close to my teaching facility. The staff was great and very friendly. I had a very nice stay at this location and plan to use this location in the near future.

Nikki was great. We were allowed to check-in early after a horrible experience at a nearby hotel. Nikki helped us mitigate transfering from another chain to this hotel. I reserved multiple dates for the coming year after meeting and dealing with her. Thank you Nikki.
