Indoor pool open but had issues with heater so it was supper cold, I know it lasted at least a couple of weeks because we stayed there twice within a couple weeks time. Also the breakfast was an issue as it seemed no one was working to keep the food and supplies stocked

Staff was friendly and the lobby was beautiful. I loved that all the rooms opened to inside of the lobby. Great location with many places to choose from to eat.

The pool!! It was opened and we were all VERY excited to go swimming. I had to go out and buy a swim suite as I forgot mine. However when we got down to the pool, we were very disappointed. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months which this did surprised me seeing how the rest of the hotel was clean. I did notice every time I walked by thy lobby, the night staff was sitting around doing nothing but being on their phone. The water had a green tint to it and there was so much black build up on the sides of the pool that someone wrote their name in it. That's how bad it was. We walked into the pool, never went under and walked ou! It was also very cold for being a heated pool.

The room was large, there was a refrigerator in the room, and the beds were comfortable. There is an indoor pool, which the kids loved. It is very small though, and may only be good for a few people at a time. The location is good.

The room was listed as a King room, but stated it had 2 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. This isn't the case if you book the king room. If you need two beds, you need to call or message the hotel to ensure that is what you are booking. Thankfully, they had a room with 2 beds available for us.

The rooms were very nice. They were clean and comfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel extremely exhausted after a long 11 hour drive, we found out they did not have our reservations. I provided my ID along with the reservation confirmation and the staff still was not able to locate it. We had to wait for him to see if there was a room available. Checking in took much longer than we were initially expecting.

the fact that the place is mostly full of construction workers and we have to be at work at 7 am or earlier and part of the draw to this place is the breakfast but we never get to try it because the hotel doesn’t serve it till 6:30 so basically it’s a free breakfast for about four people. seems like you would want to make it available for the people that give you the constant business

The cleanliness, the 3rd shift guy was so kind and polite. He was very helpful when I realized I had forgotten my razor at home. The room was comfortable bed was cozy. It has an elevator instead of crappy stairs to climb with luggage. Overall it was a nice hotel one of the best around except for 1st shift front desk guy. Even the maids were quiet not beating on your door at 9 or 10 asking if you checking out like every other hotel around.

Don't like they don't serve breakfast because of COVID19 but allowed people to walk around without mask. When we paid to stay there with that being one of the perks was not to have to go out for breakfast anywhere else. I didn't like the first shift man who worked there . He kept checking us out everyday and i would have to go reprogram our keys every single morning we left because we had to go get breakfast. When I paid for 3 days. Housekeeping was put on door 1st night but not taken care of the next day we had to get our own towels etc.

Breakfast was great, good selection of items for my picky kids. Room was clean for the most part and very comfortable.

The pool wasn't full enough to even reach the skimmer and was a little smaller than we expected. In the room, the binder with information had sticky, dried food stuck on to the back cover. And the coffee maker was missing the basket for the grounds.

Everything was clean, housekeeping was great at keeping our trash empty and clean towels every day, the free breakfast was a plus.

The room wasn’t the same that I booked, but that was a booking.com issue. Not the hotels fault.

However, the next morning I spoke with the manager and told him about our problem and despite there being no vacancy, he was able to get us moved to a room somewhat isolated from other rooms that he assured us would be quiet. He was right and we had a great night's rest.

We stayed 2 nights and the first night we got no sleep because the couple next door talked loudly all night. This was not a fault of the hotel or staff, just our bad luck.

I booked two rooms through booking.com and confirmed with the hotel two days before however when I arrived they had given one of my rooms away. they were able to give me a different room at the same rate that ended up working out for us however they did not tell us that right away and left us for about 15 minutes thinking they did not have a room for us.
