Hilton Garden Inn Anderson

Love the quiet and the peace of the hotel. There's a general feel of elegance, beauty and overall grandeas within the hotel.The room was excellent. All of the request I had made, were fulfilled long before I got there!! Amelia checked us in and she was nothing professional, polite and pure joy to talk with!! We indulged in room service and it was the same: purely professional, polite and positive vibe about him!! (So sorry I can't remember his name - though he did state it multiple times!!

Just the fact there was a lot of highway noise from outside! I at times felt I was standing in the middle of interstate 85. We forgot our shampoo and the hotel didn't have any at all!! We had the soap, the makeup remover and hair conditioner but no shampoo!! I hope this gets resolved ASAP.

Absolutely everything. Location was perfect. The bed was comfy. It was not far from any shopping or good places to eat. And the breakfast was amazing.

One thing I didn't like was the fact that there were keypads to all the doors that led to the smoking areas, but you couldn't get back inside from there. You had to walk back around and use the main entrance.

It was very clean and organized. I really appreciated having a hairdryer,iron,fridge,and the vanity kit(seriously awesome). The young lady working the desk when we checked in was super friendly and helpful. Also a great location.

Fairly small room and bathroom.the air conditioning didn't seem to work well, the room temp was 73when we entered and after turning the ac to 69...the room never got any cooler than 72. It was a hot night,so i didn't sleep well. Coffee maker also had a short in it or the outlet was messed up. The checkout staff seemed more concerned about gossiping with each other as oppose to checking us out.

The mattress was awesome. It makes me realize that it is time to replace my home mattress! The place was immaculate.

The staff was super friendly but I was a bit bothered by the statement that if we used any of the extra cost amenities in the room then we would be charged for those. And then he told us that the 2 bottles of water in the room were complimentary. However, in the room, they were labeled as an extra charge. So what amenities would we be charged for? The coffee and tea? There were no other amenities in the room. Since the water from the tap was super chlorinated, I would think that the hotel would gladly supply water bottles for guests and not make confusing verbal and written statements about them.

Quiet and clean

Visited on a weekend and my daughter had an incident when she went to take a shower. Before water was even turned on tub was very slippery and she ended up breaking her toe. No vent fans in the bathroom so a lot of black mold.

The friendliness and assertiveness of the staff. Everyone was very helpful and went over and beyond to assist. I will recommend this location in the future

N/A. There was not anything that I didn't like. I only wish I was able to stay a bit longer because the customer service was so exceptional

The staff was very courteous and helpful, desk staff and housekeeping. The breakfast waitress was very pleasant, all 3 mornings for breakfast. The bartender was very personable and helpful. This was our third stay at this facility and we WILL be back! Everyone was very accomodating.

No continuous fan on the a/c unit in our room.

We stayed there for my Niece's Graduation & it was Great! The Bed was so Comfortable I couldn't believe it. Everyone was so nice! Definitely Recommend it.

Nothing to Dislike

Safe and convenient location. beautifully manicured and cared for grounds and interior of property. The most helpful, kind, and generous employees and management. We could not have made a better choice than staying at this location!

It was nice and clean and very quiet.

I didn't like the fact I the pictures it had a hot tub but when I book it and got there they said they didn't ... And that was the only reason why I book the room because I thought it had a hot tub.
