great location; just off the highway. very nice breakfast

we booked a King room but we’re given a queen with no explanation until we asked and we’re told there were no king rooms available despite king rooms still showing on the website. the sink tap needed fixing and the window blind was broken. finally, despite checking in with no problem the hotel seemed to have no record of us; asked for our name and room number several times. when we checked out the hotel records showed we had already checked out. had it not been for the great staff this mixup would have caused inconvenience.

The breakfast which purchased with the room, was made to order and was extremely good. We were allowed to have anything we wanted on the menu so prepurchasing was an exceptional value. The negative about made to order was it wasn’t speedy. That wasn’t an issue for us but it could be a problem for anyone in a hurry. The quality of the food was top rate!

The main negative about the stay was that it was on Woodruff Road which is incredibly busy. The hotel was set back from the road behind a restaurant. We didn’t see the sign for the entrance so we passed it up. Once we turned around there was no way to enter from the opposite side of the street so we had drive about a half mile and turn around. Because of the traffic and the very long traffic lights, it literally took us a half hour to turn around and come back. There was a large shopping center right next to the hotel but there was no way to go from one to the other. Once you were in the hopping enter it was hell to get out again because of the number of cars and the long lights

Quick access from the interstate but no loud traffic noises. The staff was super friendly. The bed was AMAZING! Probably the best sleep I have had in a very long time. Dove brand soap, shampoo, and conditioner was provided in the room not the cheap hotel soaps. I would recommend staying here to everyone. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be booking a room here! Super clean!

I really like the hotel the rooms was clean the bed was so comfortable the breakfast was good

The only thing I didn't like is I had 2 adults and two kids they made me pay for the second child breakfast I told them that wasn't in my reservation it said breakfast was included in the price besides that everything was wonderful please make that clear in the booking

The building is very new with convenient access via I-85 and Woodruff Road. It's a five story building with a reasonable amount of parking.

Entry and exit from Woodruff Road is not easy. The entrance is quite narrow and needs to be widened 5 feet on each side. There is an vacant business in front of the hotel and is used as a homeless encampment. It's not overrun, but there are people sleeping outside under patio areas.

The only negative thing I can come up with now is the fact that there is only one way to get out of the parking lot. Unless you leave early in the morning before anyone else is on the road, it is going to take about 5 to 10 mins: to take a right, then either u-turn, or drive through a parking lot to turn around to get back onto the highway. Plenty of areas to make an ease of access into a huge parking lot.

It was clean quiet, comfortable

The front desk guys was very rude the first one kept hanging up on my partner when he was trying to be transferred to my room, cause he was trying to bring my phone charger they were rude, my lock on my door kept clicking it was spooky I put my deadbolt on my door so fast

Let's start from the inside out. The beds are tooooo die for. They are lifted high and the mattresses are the most comfortable thing I have been on ever. All of us slept great (usually we feel each other move on the bed). The pillows are perfect whether you perform firm or soft. The room itself is roomy and spacious with a modern and sleek motif. The restrooms are huge and roomy with enough space to dress yourself inside the restroom after your shower. The showers come with shampoo, conditioner and body gel dispensers instead of the little travel bottles. The hallways are quite and peaceful. The pool is very comfortable and heated since it is indoors. The entrance of the hotel is gorgeous. Their is a laundry room, fitness gym, diner area, a fully stocked pantry to purchase items from. Our receptionist, Willie was great at welcoming us and explaining all the facilities. The location is close to convenient stores, many restaurants, fast food chains and a Target. This was one of the top 5 places we have ever stayed.

absolutely everything it was amazingly clean the room was big the bed was so comfortable the towels were even soft everyone there was very helpful breakfast was great I will definitely stay there again My only complaint was there was no microwave in the room other than that it was 100% amazing

Location was great. Everything was easy access and right in our area. Even though we had stayed in a room with just a king bed, the room was very spacious with an extra lounge chair and desk. I was able to do my workouts in the spacious room with no problems.

The lobby area was small. There was an event going on during the time we stayed and because the lobby was so small the first thing you hear is a very loud crowd as soon as you got off the elevators or walked into the lobby from outside. We were bumping into people a lot because of the limited space. Also, for whatever reason our key to our room was always having problems. Every night when we tried to get back into the room we had to go back down the elevators to get an employee to give us new cards for our room. This became very tedious because we were staying at the same location for 4 nights. It came down to us just stopping at the desk and asking for new cards every night before we even got up to our room.
