Crowne Plaza Greenville, an IHG Hotel

Everything about the hotel was great. Kids loved the pool and the room was big enough for us and kept us comfortable. Very clean hotel throughout lobby/hallways and in room also. Pool was nice and the gym was also nice and kept clean

Didn't like the fact that breakfast was an additional charge. For myself and 2 kids it would have been an additional 45$ per day to eat breakfast at the hotel. This was disappointing I don't know if that was made clear during the time I made the reservation but I did not see it and the kids were bummed. If I had added in the additional charge for breakfast this would not have been such a great deal however I would stay again at the same price if able to. Also maybe turn the heat up in the pool room so when people get out of the pool it's not so cold brrr but I'm being picky there I came down from NY so I was hoping for as much heat as SC could offer

Staff was service oriented - especially the attendant at the breakfast bar. Very comfortable room/bed. The common areas of the hotel were impressive.

Some features in our room were a little dated, but overall a very clean, comfortable space.

I did not eat breakfast and it was easily accessible from the bypass.

carpet was pretty stained, but all in all clean and comfortable.

The hotel personnel were wonderful.

The breakfast was very disappointing. If I had a car, I definitely would have driven elsewhere. The food was not very appealing. The toasters did not work well and looked as though they had never been cleaned.The servers seemed more concerned with collecting breakfast vouchers than providing a decent meal. I expected more from a Crowne Plaza. I would also suggest some sort of turkey bacon or sausage for those of us who do not eat red meat or pork. There also was no microwave to heat up the pastry.

Everything the hotel, the staff, the breakfast (awesome), the room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. There is all kinds of things you can do there in Greenville SC. I went there for my 70th birthday and got to go downtown and the Renaissance fair. It truly was a day to remember. Thank you Crown Plaza an IHG Hotel and booking.com for helping me. I'll go back again.

Cool,Clean and very quiet. Made this stay very relaxed and enjoyable..

I didnt like the fact that we were given a room and when we tried the key to get in that room.First the key didnt work. Went downstairs, Got another key to same room.We go to open the door again.It opens only to be latched from inside..I take it that someone was already in that room..Had to get another key and a different room.. Made for a very eventful night.

this property is very large, inside pool, with restaurant attached. the shuttle will take you almost anywhere. the pool was very warm and clean for the month of November. we stayed with a soccer team and the staff was very friendly . The rooms are very much outdated but were clean.

My stay was great. But the customer service was even better. Some time, somewhere, I lost all my identification. Passport, DL , credit card... all of it. I told the front counter about my problem, and without hesitation informed me of company policy. I understood. Then she asked me to wait. She would ask the manager if there was anything they could do. They didnt make me wait for long and they came back with a brilliant idea. If there were someone with a valid ID of mine that they could take a picture and as long as it they can confirm through scan they would accept it. Thankfully my mother is a semi-hoarder and keeps all my old documents. She took a picture of bothe sides of my old driver's license. And because I age like good wine, i would like to think, but the truth was they were able to scan the SC ID barcode. I was able to enter my credit card manually and in minutes I was in my room. As I waited for my guest to arrive, I enjoyed the pleasant company of the hotels bar tender. Chris was great company while I waited. He engaged with everyone at the bar. Although myself and the other guest did know each other, he made it feel like a classy local watering hole. I can't say enough about my experience. It was worth every penny.

The breakfast was too expensive so we did not eat there.

Our room door was very difficult to open. You literally had to jam the handle down and then push with your shoulder. there was also a deep red stain on the hall carpet that I kept walking around.It was a pleasant stay.
