Residence Inn By Marriott Greenville

This room was the cleanest I've experienced in a while. I pay very close attention to the details in a hotel room, and this one met my standards. There were no obvious stains ( the shower floor was a little worn, but that's what shower shoes are for) and there were no signs of extreme wear and tear. You never want to see the signs of a previous guest. That's how clean you want the room and that was my experience with this one.

Housekeeping knocked around 9:30am to clean the room. I think if check-out is at 11 a.m., they shouldn't bother you before that time. I understand wanting to get started but I felt a little rushed to leave after that.

Tremensous staff! It was a joy to witness the beautiful teamwork and awesome culture of commitment to service that this wonderful staff displayed. I was so impressed by the leadership and collegiality of the entire staff. It was obvious that the entire staff felt valued and appreciated and this was evident in the care that all the employees took toward their work. It was evident that they genuinely liked each other and working there.

This is an extremely wonderful Residence Inn...really, an extremely wonderful hotel!

I wish all hotel rooms were like this! We travel a lot for competitive sports and this hotel room was spacious, incredibly clean, quiet, and had a kitchenette which is definitely a plus when traveling with kids.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel.

The hotel had clean, friendly, helpful, staff. A nice swimming pool and outdoor basketball court. Good room arrangement and decor.

I recommend they get a better and thicker sofa bed mattress, the mattress was not comfortable since it was too thin.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were nice, wasn't fond of the couch, love the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, breakfast included was a must and very good except for the eggs which every morning were cold. Again lovely staff.

Everything was awesome 👌🏽 about this hotel. When I come into town this is where I stay. Will stay again and again as long as nothing changes.

The only thing I had an issue with was my bedroom light above the television in the bedroom did not work.

With COVID we didn’t expect much. Because many of the hotels we have stayed at have little to nothing during this time, BUT we were pleasantly surprised at the great selection and thoughtfulness that went into a balanced breakfast selection! Thank you!!

The bedding for the pullout couch wasn’t in the room. There were only two towels in the room. There was only 5 squares left on the TP roll and no extra roll in the room to replace it. With all that being said, when we asked about it, the front desk helped us remedy it very quickly. I’m just surprised it wasn’t already ready.

Great experience. The staff was nice and very helpful. The rooms were up to date, comfortable, and clean. Definitely worth a stay anytime.

Everyone was very nice and the hotel was very clean and well kept.

Parking was a little tight at night. We found space in back so we really can’t complain about it.
