The staff was very friendly and courteous , especially when I found my room to be too cold !!! I didn't realize that the thermostat was located on the wall 😳 to control the temperature, but the staff was still friendly and continued to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay!!! The location and price are beyond what I thought would be possible for the area. Many hotels within a similar radius to the arena are twice as much. This Home2Suites like other have comfy beds. I slept well.

Breakfast was scheduled from 6-9 on Friday morning. When we arrived at 8:35 much of the hardier offerings were gone. When questioned, we were told it was too late to replenish some items- including waffle batter and egg biscuits. Fortunately, fruit, oatmeal and cereals were available.

We loved the location and found ourselves walking much more than we realized we would. The breakfast was very good and we had no trouble finding just what we wanted. The staff was very friendly and engaging.

We were very happy with everything, and didn't find anything that we did not like.

The area is excellent and close to so many restaurants. I also love that if you need to do laundry you have the opportunity to do so with no additional cost. The lounge and barbecue area is beautiful.

My only complaint is the valet parking, I think when they thought it was going to be a good idea it made sense to them. But if you’re in a rush and you have things to do even if you ask or call ahead the guys there are just so busy running and getting everyone’s car that it becomes difficult. There’s also the chance of keys going missing and if you’re on vacation I’m pretty sure you’re not traveling with spare keys so that makes me weary.

The location is great... The night staff at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday night was awesome 😊 the valvet guy Chase is awesome very nice person. The pool area was really nice. Our room was nice size and everything that came in the room was very nice.

When we 1st got there the room had a oder to it. The bed was not that comfortable I tossed the 1st night. The shower had rust stains that made it look like it was just dirty. And the room had knats in it. I was forced to use valvt parking cause it was no parking unless you park around the corner on the street. The Hwy was loud.

the valet service was $15 and although my car was parked very close, it was raining and the valet attendant handed me my cars and told me to get my car. if I have to pay for a service it should be expected that the service will be provided and I shouldn’t have had to walk in the rain with the rest of my group to retrieve my vehicle.

I really liked my room, and how close the hotel was to everything. Everyone in the hotel were very helpful and the room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Close to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, where I was attending a NKOTB Mixtape Tour concert! Glad I stayed there, really had a great experience as a guest while being in Greenville!

The staff was super helpful, everything was very clean. My allergies usually flair while traveling but no issues here! Also very reasonably priced compared to other hotels nearby. We hope to bring the kids on a family vacation next time!

I couldn't adjust the room temp below 70. Not a huge deal, we are spoiled at home and keep the air on 68

The parking is ridiculous first you have to find the entrance and now days things are already pricey 17 dollars for valet is a little steep. I don’t mind walking to the hotel but it’s definitely something they should include in their details

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was take and go which was really good. If they didn't have a certain muffin or breakfast sandwich all you had to do was ask and they seemed to have it on hand to give to you.

The only thing was that I had asked for a handicap shower with a stool and I didn't get that. I was also all the way at the end of the hall. This was difficult for me since my lung capacity was not at full strength, but all and all I made it and the friendliness of the staff made up for the walk.
