King size bed was nice, room had a lot of space. Loved the pool, but u could clean it more tho.

The bath tub knob fell off my 2nd night. The 5th night it was a stabbing three doors down. Everytime I left the room I was being asked for a cigarette or if I wanted to buy something from someone.

All of the staff have been exceptionally nice and courteous. They don't really bother you if you don't want to be disturbed. Our stay has been quiet and comfortable, it has truly been a good experience.

I didn't like that the laundry room only has two washers and two dryers of which neither dryers work. Also the drink machine closest to our room doesn't accept my cards. And we have no freezer in our fridge so it has been hard to walk to Aldi everyday for groceries.

Despite being under construction, I had no trouble navigating the property even with my dog. My room was one of the ones done with recent remodeling.loved the new floor in the bathroom. Staff were friendly, responsive and went out of their way to help me. Any issues or questions were dealt with promptly

Wish pet fee had been fully disclosed on website.it sounded arbitrary. (Something like manager could impose it but amount not listed. ) Money very tight for me so trying to find a motel without one or very minimal was something I was looking for

The location and cleanest of the building and the friendliness of the staff.

Not having the TV channels the inspirational channel because I like Western and there was no Western channels I miss my gunsmoke oh and I missed my Andy Griffith show because I'm an old-timer that's the only thing I didn't like was the TV channels.

They remembered us and we're kind. The bathtub was actually scrubbed and clean so we were comfortable giving our daughter a bath. Housekeeping was there in the morning to ask us if we needed anything and supplied us with clean towels.

The tweakers and some random strangers knocking on our door around 11pm. My wife was scared and worried that the knocking would wake our baby...so we didn't answer the door.

Greenville inn& suites was great for the money. We got there late an was greatful they had a 24 hr service desk .the lady who worked 6/24/22 @2am was friendly and welcoming. Told us where our room was. We got to the room it was nice an clean, no bugs. It was quit an the beds very comfortable. Next day check out was easy . We'll be back again.

No breakfast and the pool is closed 😢 and they don't allow service dogs for more than a few nights that is why we had to leave

Everything was amazing

The fact the bath tub didn't hold water like it should of. Drain wasn't secured in place like it should of been.

The staff are kind and respectful. The rooms are well repaired and maintained. Housekeeping asked if there's anything else we needed.

The smell of cigarette smoke wasnt masked enough. The bathroom had ashes in it. Ice machine was out. No laundry facility? I miss the old days when there was a pool and breakfast as well.

The room was very clean and comfortable and very nicely remodeled.

They are doing a lot of remodeling and it is a total disaster down stairs. Understandable but they have a stairwell blocked so the only stairwell is a good walk from where you're left to park
