The staff is amazing...

Clear holes in maintaining the roof and the bathroom in the lobby area...

The two room king suits have amplible amounts of room, especially if you have little ones. There is lighting in every corner of the room, with 2 large windows giving off lots of light. The hotel is in a very convenient location, right off the interstate and down the street about 3 lights away from the mall, bookstores, food, shopping centers, etc. The hotel has a snack pantry located in the lobby for late night treats if you're too lazy to go to the gas station next door.

The carpet is old, a little gross, and has stains everywhere. The same goes for the couch, I believe they have been there since the hotel first opened.

EVERYTHING!!! My suite is set up like a nice apartment. With a large full living room, plenty of storage and a separate bedroom through glass French doors it’s more then accommodating while I’m displaced from my apartment flooding under a couple of inches of water. The staff have become more like friends than business acquaintances. I’ve stayed at about ten hotels now. From basic extended stays, higher end expensive extended stay hotels downtown for >$2,000 a week. I’m uncertain as to how long this is going to last, however, I’ve found where I’m starting at until my place is fixed.

I wish the laundry room was on my floor lol

Hotel inside is nice and clean, room was comfortable and clean ,the staff very nice and helpful, breakfast war ok needed more variety fruits and pastry.

In 3 different occasions I wrote in the questionnaire about the pet fee for a small pet and after I called the front desk I was told the charge is $50.00 dollar charge in case the pet damage anything and after 5 days I will get reimbursed after they charge $25.00 dollar for every day we stay is sad I picked this hotel for my wedding anniversary and learned about this charges very dissatisfied.

The staff member Carlos was the best. He was so nice, friendly and funny. Although they were short on staff he did his best to accommodate me and family to get us checked in by 3pm. Friendly checking in and friendly checking out. The Hotel also was clean. The beds, floor, bathroom was all clean. I had no complaints. And also the maid staff greeted us as well when were getting in the room.

The pool could use a little more up keep with making sure debris and insects are cleaned out... NO it was not too bad, I still got in it, BUT maybe a little more around the clock net cleaning would help. And NO breakfast b/c of covid, was a little bummer, but other than that no complaints. I would rather take a clean room and good customer service over breakfast!

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The room was large, updated and clean. A quiet hotel in a great location. Easy access to downtown, the parks and zoo. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

The breakfast buffet could have offered a few more choices and been available, especially on the weekend until 10:00 am. The only disappointment was the outdoor space available to walk our dog. they do have a nice outdoor courtyard but dogs were not allowed. For a daily $25 fee there were no amenities for the dogs, They had to be walked and taken off the property to do their "business" and there was no outside spot to sit with them and enjoy a nice day, even a bench would have been appreciated.

The atmosphere was great. We were traveling to the area to house hunt with our dogs and stayed in numerous hotels (Best Western, Holiday Inn express, Quality Inn) and this place was our best experience. The others had extra fees for pets, even though they advertise as pet friendly, but this hotel didn't so this one was actually pet friendly. Other guests were excited to see our dogs and the staff was super friendly. At the other places, you almost feel shunned for having dogs with you. We will definitely be looking for La Quinta hotels first on trips going forward, as we take our dogs almost everywhere with us.

Covered entrance made the unloading and loading process much nicer due to the rainy weather and the parking lot was clean and well lit at night. Room was very clean and well prepared for our stay. Every staff member was so polite, respectful and extremely helpful. A great facility with one exception...the breakfast could have been better. Even a continental breakfast can have variety and choices....yours was disappointingly Limited.

As I stated above, my only suggestion would be to put more effort in your breakfast. Even if something is included for no charge ... people do expect it to look as though an effort was made to more than what was available when we were staying there.

Upon registering, I was told that the advertised zero charge for a pet in the room was actually 25.00. It was a new policy and it was not reflected in all contacts with potential customers. I asked that the charge be taken off my bill. The employees said they could not do that, but would leave a note for management. They did the right thing and removed it when I picked up my bill in the morning.

I was grateful the continental breakfast was available, though it was pretty limited. I'm certain adjustments had been made due to COVID concerns. The level of sanitation in the eating area was excellent. Ice machine was just down the hall. My room was very quiet, totally smoke-free.

Start with the height of the door peepholes! Seriously, tall folks can bend down but at 5'1" I couldn't reach it to see out. That's NOT SAFE. My friend had a Handicap room on the FIFTH floor. How was she to evacuate in the event of an emergency?? Her mattress was so high she was unable to get up onto it without help. She couldn't see out of her peephole. Room 502 did not meet the ADA guidelines I am familiar with.
