Bed was good. When we ask for an other chair we did it. The person that check us out was great.
Breakfast is not a breakfast. Not enough to choose from. Not enough to go far. Outside worker take food out when they go on job site and other people don't have anything to get. Needs real coffee. We was not happy with no fruits to choose from. Pillows is not good. Only had a desk and chair in there. Not enough towels for 2 person. The person name Anne was not a person people.

The Check in Clerk was very pleasant, courteous and very professional. The hotel clerk may us feel like family. She Roll out the red carpet for us. Her explanation of bill, the layout of the facility was clear and concise.
There were a dog barking most of the in the hotel. There was a smell in room 317. I was informed at check-in that there would be breakfast but it wasn’t setup for breakfast. I know COVID-19 has changed things and I would have understood if breakfast was canceled due to COVID-19. I would have given my patrons a voucher to eat at waffle house which could have been included in the price of the hotel.

They didn’t have a very big selection for breakfast. There was nothing for my husband to eat. My kids were happy with the waffles though.

They needed Diet Soda's in their drink vending machine and the bottled water was out. Also needed a third choice of cereal like raisen bran or granola.

Staff is awesome" very clean rooms, great location close to alot of stores and place to eat, It's even pet friendly. I loved that I didn't see know pet poop left anywhere that speaks volume to tell you there are great guest that stays at Quality Inn.
