The location and the room.. I’m a all time guests, but the last two stays were unacceptable and no actions or discounts were given!!
The fact that the room was clean in appearance but actually had food and trash under the table.. and wasn’t removed after the first night of checking in or the next days stay!!! Front desk was notified pictures were shown and was told the first day that management would be notified to handle the problem!!!

I would give this hotel a 10 except for the towels, washcloths, and sheets were stained a little too much and should not have been used. Other than that, it was great! Room was very clean.

Room 109. Our shower did not have a plug to turn the shower on. :/ so we had to shower using the faucet in the bathtub. Which was annoying but we made it work.

Miss India she was very helpful im homless at the time she told the. Owner about my situation she was trying to help me out I was so broken in my spirit and she. Listen to me. And the owner was nice also I had paid for my room but had not stayed in it and India call to make sure I was ok

I have to start off by saying the front desk guy was awesome at check-in. He answered all my questions and gave advice. The room was very neat and comfortable. I liked the kitchen area being close to the bed. The breakfast was great. I also like the location.

Staff was helpful & let me check in early (about noon) Close enough to Sports Center Good Price Met all of our needs & was pretty comfortable.
