Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Rock Hill

Easy to find off the highway. Quick check in. Very friendly staff. Comfortable good sized room with nice pull out desk, comfortable beds, extra pillows. Lots of towels and toiletries. Exceptional breakfast, best I've seen on my last few trips. Lots of variety, individual items such as yogurt, fruit cups, Nutella, etc. Very happy with our stay. Didn't get to use the pool - stayed one night. Would definitely return in the future.

I liked the comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Jordan really helped us out at Checkin. We had stayed there one week before and both times the breakfast was outstanding. So clean and had a variety of choices of food items and very good coffee!!! The oatmeal and toppings were the best I ever had!

The 3 bottles of products in the shower were great but you could not see the label of what each one was. This could be improved.

The thing I liked/loved the most was the young lady who checked us in. SHE WAS AWESOME!!! She didn’t hesitate to act after we complained about a backed up drain in the tub. Not only did she offer to change rooms but she upgraded our room. She was awesome! I wish I remembered her name! My room number was 214.

Reservations staff was unhelpful and bordered on being rude. The official Marriott reservations desk was going to charge me $20 more for the same room than Booking.com. The reservations desk wanted me to give them my credit card information on the phone, which I will not do. English was obviously not their first language and I had great difficulty understanding them. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was professional, helpful,and respectful unlike the reservations desk.

Our room was very clean. The A/C was on and the room was cool when we arrived. The staff was friendly and professional and the entire facility felt clean and welcoming. The wifi worked perfectly.

The breakfast was plain. Three of the coffee pots were empty. The eggs were horribly watered down. The bacon was greasy. The banana that my wife "tried" to eat was black and gooey on the inside.

no taste to eggs or bacon or sausage. staff closed a few minutes early and removed food. staff was very friendly but seemed to be on a schedule to have area cleaned up by the appointed time.

Location great in lovely clean area. Easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was super! Compliments to the egg cooking chef....super eggs! Breakfast helpers were sweethearts....one even saw me go back for coffee (which was being brewed at the) and brought the whole container over to our table to refill our cups. So sweet!

bathroom floor and carpeting were sticky, happy we had slippers and socks. when i find things like that in my motel, I always then worry about how clean other areas are, very surprised by this , was always excellent on previous stays

We travel from Ohio to Florida every summer and always stop half way in Columbia, this time we picked Rock hill and will be our stopping point for now on. Very nice hotel, quiet and clean room. Upscale neighborhood with a lot of restaurants near by and the mall.

Large rooms, decor, breakfast choices were great. Very friendly and professional staff. First time Faifield guest.

Shower was dangerous due to slippery surface….especially for seniors.
