Comfort Inn & Suites

We stayed here for just one night while traveling from Florida to New York. Just off of I-77, the location was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a microwave in addition to a refrigerator. It was also nice to see the side of the tub were just a bit lower than standard, so getting in and out was easy (and my elderly mother appreciated the grab-bar). We got back on the road too early for breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

In-room coffee is never great at any hotel, but this was terrible. There's no way to know if it was the water supply, the brand of coffee, the creamer, or all of the above, but better to just skip it.

The hotel was right across the street from where our truck broke down. The people were very nice and where we stayed had NO buses, taxis, or Ubers but the lady at the hotel remembered a transportation service gave her their card and she let me take a pic so we could get to the car rental place in NC so we could get back home to MA

The washer and dryer was out of service for the 2 days we were there. I had to wash our clothes in the sink

Breakfast was pretty good, sausage patties and scrambled eggs were good. But more fresh fruit would be nice, cause I’m on a special diet where I’m supposed to eat more fruits and vegetables! The staff was very courteous. Overall, a really good experience!

It was a little tricky to get the shower curtain around the the seat in the shower. Aside from taking the seat out for guests who don’t need it, I don’t know what to do about that…

After a horrible experience at an alternate hotel. Comfort inn & suites was more than accommodating and meet all of my families needs. The front desk staff was exceptional especially Jasmine. Even my kids took a liking to her and her bubbly personality. Breakfast was wonderful and the hospitality we received from David was even better. We travel often and I’ve not ever had a more pleasant experience at a hotel than the one we had at comfort inn & suites. We can’t wait to visit and stay again.

I loved everything about this property! I was a little nervous because I picked the day of my stay as I was driving to Rock Hill, SC from Mechanicsville, VA. It was site unseen. The pictures and Reviews on the Internet that made me to select this hotel!! My family and I were very pleased!! Location, price and the cleanliness of this hotel met all of my expectations!!! The staff was very professional and friendly!! I will stay at this location again, as I will be visiting my son who lives in Rock Hill, SC often!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No eating places to walk to close by but it didn’t stop me from staying….

I did not participate in the breakfast but I was very pleased that it was available for patrons to partake in after all that has transpired in the past year and some months. I am pretty sure that it was great from what I smelled.

The only thing that I would possibly like to see changed is that they put a snack machine along with the drink machines on each floor so that you don't have to go up and down the elevator searching for one.

The room was excellent for a place that allows pets. One would never know from the cleanliness of the room. The beds were very comfortable and my favorite part of the stay. The lighting was sufficient. The shower got hot quickly. The A/C was effective.

The breakfast offered for guest isn't very good.

We enjoyed the hot on site breakfast. We were traveling with a pet and put in a room ( room 102) next to an exit door on the first floor which was very convenient. Bed was comfortable and great assortment of pillows.

Not really anything that I found that I didn’t like.

The excellent location near the interstate highway. Breakfast was good and filling. I would stay here again if in the area. I would recommend this inn to my family and friends without hesitation. An excellent place to stay with a very friendly staff.

This place was great, I can't fault this place on anything. There was nothing not to like. If it was better than most by a long shot. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. What else can I say. It was GREAT.

The breakfast was ok, I normally don’t eat breakfast. Needed a nite stay arrived very late n was tired. The gentleman at the desk was awesome. Trying to get to our room from outside was a bit confusing, we’re tried n had difficulty locating our room. Very poor light outside to see where your room was!

as stated before the lightings at night were very poor, we drove around trying to find our room. Tired n sleepy don’t mix after arriving very late to your destination.
