oceanfront, enough parking, nice pool

i wish other guests would take care of things like the grill and chairs as if it were theirs.

The staff was pleasant and very nice. They gave us extra towels when needed, and they left out a cart to refill your own coffee, TP, soaps, etc. Rooms on the bottom floor were a walk through to the pool/beach. Location was excellent, and the price made it great! Plus, we were able to bring our family dog! Great place, and staff.

The rooms need a little updating, but we didn't book here to stay in the room all day. Rooms should get a thorough cleaning at least once a month (pull out sofa was filthy). The bathroom door in our room was misaligned, and the hinges were not fully connected, so the door didn't open/close easy, and could not lock.

Beach front, had top floor..4th, freshly renovated, great parking, nice pool, nice lounge chairs, very helpful staff.

I didn't read full description my fault..no elevator but it was fine. Anything else we were concerned over, the staff immediately addressed it.

The location of the property is perfect for us. the view from the room of the ocean was spectacular. Our Favorite! The balconies have two chairs and a little table. The rooms have a nice area to hang your clothes with wooden hangers. A refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker and hairdryer. A little table and two chairs. They have a very nice pool and grill and pergola with comfortable seats and table to play some games. Nice chairs poolside too. very clean. Great value and pet friendly. staff are always welcoming with smiles. Lunchbox was a pleasure during checkin. We will be returning. we have stayed here 4 times now and look forward to our fifth. Free parking with pass during your stay. never an issue. they have doggie clean up baggies and waste disposal for your pup. This may not be the fancy shmancy accommodations but it is comfortable and clean. there is a convenient sand rinse off and portable potty right as you come off the beach access. There is a quaint mini mart attached to hotel. Accommodations are comfortable and clean and the shower is awesome! No elevator at property, but it is only 4 floors.

This time on our second day there was a strong rotten egg smell outside (but hotel had nothing to do with that). if you were at the beach, you did not smell it. No elevator but only 4 floors. would like a microwave added to rooms but not a negative for us. We don’t have a negative.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t ask for mains to come in because of the little dog we had. He was old and sometimes will just stand at the door so we left our dirty towels outside and the maid service was always around to give us clean ones. I had two older ladies with me and the lady working the front desk got a guy to help bring up their belongings . I wish I had seen him before I left I was going to give him a tip, he was so very nice. All of the staff was nice and very helpful if we had questions. Hope to return and stay again soon .

Need new curtains !

Great location, ocean/pool front balcony, comfortable beds, shower has great water pressure, full size fridge/microwave, easy parking. The desk, maintenance and house keeping staff are great! Ocean front pool deck that is well cleaned and maintained. Walking distance to pier.

This is an older property. There is a musty smell and cracks in the plaster. During the tropical storm the ceiling leaked (a lot) on 2nd floor. Air conditioner also leaked.

Location was amazing as it was right on the beach. The maintenance staff was very kind and helpful. I also loved that the hotel was dog friendly.

Our automatic door lock kept failing so we had to call maintenance quite a bit. The front desk staff was 75/25 depending on who was working. A lot were nice but some others seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else, but we didn’t interact with them a lot so it wasn’t an issue for us!

The staff were amazingly personable and addressed everyone respectfully. The pool area was wonderful with the cabana for lounging as well. Quick access to the beach and a nice rinse area for washing sand off.

Wish there was a mirror in the main area of the room and a bit more counter space but for the size and convenience of the room it was wonderful!

The room is spartan but adequate. The beds were some of the best we've ever slept on in a hotel. The room was clean but didn't have a comfortable chair. There was a small table with two fairly comfortable chairs, an almost full sized refrigerator, which was really nice, and an updated bathroom with a step in shower. The view was wonderful. The furniture around the fairly large pool was really nice and clean. The staff went out of their way to help us.

A comfortable chair and an elevator. We were on the 3rd floor BUT, the staff helped us (we are in our 80's) carry our luggage and bags up the stairs. And, a guest helped us carry everything down.

I loved that there were NO bugs. On reading the reviews on other places, roaches consistently came up (no way). Loved that there was a decent sized balcony and the beds were comfy. Loved that we walked right onto the beach from the pool area. You didn’t have to walk on a walkway over the beach grass to get to the beach. The staff was so nice and friendly.

We reported that our toilet seat was broken and it never got fixed. There is no elevator and we stayed on the top floor, burnt there are only 4 floors and we needed the exercise to walk off the ice cream.
