Room was cozy

The cats and I had to do the dishes and put them away! I see loading the dish washer and starting it Kool! Then I have to take off the sheets also never done that before . usually just towels and wash clothes in bathroom.Take out all trash to cans and I paid a cleaning fee. What did you clean you just restocked basically.

Cleanest of the rooms

I didn't like the fact that no toothbrush and toothpaste was provided and equally the receptionist tell to live the room clean the way I meet it and to pull out my trash before living. When u pay for hotel u pay for all the services you need

I liked that the resort was close to the beach, even though our room was not ocean front. The pools were really nice. everything was clean. Staff was nice.

we arrived after 6 pm and had a hard time finding the villa with our room. The security guard was no help at all, so we spent 20 mins riding around trying to find where we were supposed to be.

a lot for kids to do

you have to pay for extra towels,you have to take the sheets off the beds and also take the trash out and wash the dishes and put them back or you’ll be charged but you pay a cleaning fee when you book so I think the cleaning fee is to much

Really enjoyed our stay. The pools were great! The resort had pretty much everything that you could want for vacation. I really loved the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Overall it was a great experience. They did have a scheduled pest control spraying right in the middle of our stay which I thought was wrong. They should have done it in between guests because we had to not only cover and put all of our stuff up but we also had to leave our room for 3 hours. It was an inconvenience but otherwise it was great.

The view from the balcony was outstanding!

At times one can hear others in the building flushing toilets or conversations in the hall.

All the pools and amenities that came with resort

They don't supply you with clean towels. They charged me a lot of $$$ for ocean view and the building we stayed in was not considered their ocean view. They offer things for their restaurant but when you get there nothing is advertised. I paid for 3 loads of laundry and the machines stopped working when I asked for a refund they said I would have to call the wash machine company but no further instructions on where to find that information. So I chalked that money too.

I loved the view of Lakewood Campground from our and the buildings and grounds were nice.

We ubered there from the airport and had to check in so our uber driver left. We had 3 people, 3 suitecases, 10 bags of groceries, a case of water, one person with their foot in a boot and it was raining. We asked for a ride back to our building and they said no. It was about a 12 minute walk so we had to do it with all that stuff and in the rain. We were like Moses crossing the Red Sea. A security guard in a 4 seater golf cart passed right by us and I asked him for a ride and he also said no. That was a little ridiculous. He could obviously see us struggling.

Loved that it was on the beach and the views were great. Pool was awesome and the smoothies were phenomenal. The room was beautiful.

Had to walk such a long way for parking. And one i on f the elevators were broke so it took a long time to get down the elevators when people were checking out. Also our room was hot when we first got there and had to purchase batteries for the thermostat. All the vents were closed as well. The couch and recliners were kind of dirty and the pullout bed was so uncomfortable our boys had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep better.

Great location, away from Myrtle Beach. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

Pools were monitored by the pool police and kids couldn’t have a a ball or anything to play with to have fun as kids do. Even though there were no lifeguards, there were pool police that kept telling everyone not to do stuff, even around the lazy river (water park not) lady was hovering and not that we we’re trying to break the rules. Also, thought construction on the Galley should’ve been done before the summer season started.
