Quality Inn & Suites - Myrtle Beach

The beds was amazing. We were driving in but still wanted to hit the beach that night. After a long walk the bed was like a cloud. Also our room was very clean except for that stand in shower.

The stand in shower was dirty the mold under the caulk was visible. The mold near the entrance of the shower was a bit gross too. I made sure to lay the towel over it just in case I took a step too close to the mold. House keeping needs some clorox bleach foamer and/or zep. It's an easy fix and clean I use these products all the time. I need a clean shower especially if you are not going to give me a tub. I was surprised by that but it wasn't the end of the world. I'd prefer a bath though.

6 miles away from our tournament location. Friendly staff,and we were allowed to check in early and we will definitely be booking again

The 1st-floor rooms are not for me... the room above us sounded like a herd walking all night long and when people went out the side door by the pool it shook our room door every time it was opened by someone going out. I booked this hotel specifically because HOT breakfast was advertised... there was no hot breakfast and only 1 waffle maker. It was a good stay but these things need to be looked into÷

The bed was comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. There were accessible plugs for electronics. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. I liked the cushioned top under the window. It was a great space to put things on.

there was a lot of noise from the traffic on the nearby road throughout the night that never ended that interfered with falling asleep. The heat unit smelled bad like something was burning when the heat was turned on. The comforters were crinkly and noisy when moving around in bed. there wasn’t much counter space in the bathroom.

Good location , a short drive to the beach? Parking lot well lit.

The price was a bit high for one night stay. When I booked the rooms I was told one price but when I arrived at the property I was charged a higher amount. The TV was not working properly, I was trying to watch a movie but the reception kept going offline. The room looked clean but I found a coin on the sink counter. I always carry disinfecting wipes when I travel, so I wiped everything down just in case it hadn’t been cleaned. Perhaps in the near future you should consider having hot food items for breakfast eggs, sausage/bacon, hash browns etc. due to the price for 1 night a bit high compared to other hotels.

The location was very centrally located. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The young woman working the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She greeted everyone and made the check in procedure very smooth.

The bathroom door scraped the floor. Each time anyone used the bathroom it made the dog bark. While it seems trivial trying to be a good guest and considerate of others was a little difficult.

I like the bed was comfortable the room was dark smell good I will stay again everything was right ther didn't have to travel far

The dogs that can be dangerous to the guess don't get me wrong I have a bulldog she has a sitter when I travel. floor need some type of rug by the sink and bed floor hold dirt

Reckless practice was all prepackaged dentist muffins yogurt etc. etc. so it was OK. We did not have a room cleaned but one time they came in the day before they had given me clean towels and toilet paper from the hallway but our room was only cleaned one time in the five days that we were there the bed was never made at all even on the day she came in to clean she quickly swept and mop the floor took the trash and left.

Room cleaning service could’ve been a little bit better they could’ve empty trash daily at least checked in to see what we needed I had to go down and ask for a clean set of sheets.

I liked that I was able to find a decent hotel while visiting Myrtle Beach after every resort was packed and after having a bad experience with a previous motel that I originally booked in advance!

I didn’t like that the housekeeper took my personal washcloth off my personal toothbrush but they didn’t know because they were white washcloths just like theirs.

Great location, recently remodeled, very clean and comfortable, staff was super friendly! In-room kitchenette is a small sink, mini-fridge and 2-burner cooktop, no cookware, utensils, glasses or plates, but we didn't plan to cook; if you do call ahead and ask or bring your own. We had our dog with us, as did other guests, and appreciated the pet friendly facility.

No hot breakfast, just a few cold items and packaged muffins, not sure if COVID limited the usual breakfast lineup. The only ice machine is on the 3rd floor, and the only "vending" was through the desk clerk.

I loved the size of the room and the staff was very nice.I would stay there again.My daughter loved the room also and my husband we enjoyed having two beds and enjoyed the island bar that seperated the room.Shower was nice and clean over all i would reccomend to someone else thank you.
