Holiday Inn Express Myrtle Beach-Broadway at the Beach, an IHG Hotel

The room service on clearance was outstanding. They was very friendly and asked if we need anything. The desk staff were very informative when asking anything of location of area. Tell everyone we enjoyed are stay

The only thing I see is the map for free parking at the location. Also time restaurants are opening for lunch and closing in afternoon till dinner. . Lunch time was very hard to fine just driving around.

From the moment I walked into the lobby the wonderful clean smell was in the air. To the exceptional customer service, I received from Nicole at the front desk. To go over and beyond to make sure we were near the door to let our two dogs out at night. To the lovely woman that worked in the free breakfast area sorry I forgot her name (she had two cute birds) The comfortable beds and Pillows. The location was great near a lot of attractions. And best of all they were dog friendly... Brian was the manager there and was always walking the halls making sure things were being done. Thank you for this great experience.

The location is Awesome right across the street from Broadway on the Beach, restaurants near by. I did not rent a car I used Uber and everything was accessible that I desired to do. The staff is cleaning very often within the hotel , I was not satisfied with my first room it had a weird smell. The room was changed without any hassle. I arrived early and called from the airport for an early check in and it was honored hours before check-in. All request made was taken care of immediately.

The pool lounge chairs had large holes in them, when moved the wheels fell off, the chairs in the lobby were filthy. The Breakfast is the same each and every day.

I loved the hotel, it's a very beautiful place and directly across from Broadway at the Beach, bed was super comfortable..

When we got there, they checked us in and we went up to our room, I booked a king and we got 2 queens, when we called down they said it was The run of the house reservation, to me that was ok but I feel they should of told us at the front desk, thru Booking we paid more for a king room and everyone was like no and we didn't receive a price difference 😢

The convenience to all attractions and entertainment etc, the location is fantastic. The pool was very nice, most staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good for fast and convenience.

Air conditioning was on way high, coming in from pool can be alarming. Some dust found on top of headboards. Pool needs powerwashing in the corners and can be cleaned more frequently. Breakfast was a lil cluttering of people in small area, need more choices not same everyday.

The staff was excellent. They were great and offered support throughout our stay. I even received a kind text checking in with us. The beds in outlr room came with soft and firm pillows. I stayed for a weekend. The breakfast and attendant was good. It is a pretty standard breakfast selection but not gourmet. The attendant is very kind and helpful. Thank you all!

This is mrytle beach and many hotels/resorts are dated and have had numerous renovations. The room was nice and fresh but you can tell that it was a dated renovation. But this is nothing against the hotel.

We were always warmly greeted either coming or going. They were friendly and enjoyed talking to every guest. There was ALWAYS someone at the front desk. The breakfast was always hot, kept foods replenished and clean. The grounds and inside was very well maintained and cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and clean! We didn't use the pool as it was too cold but pool towels were readily available by the pool door. We will surely use this hotel for our stays!

I choose this location because of it being pet friendly and always enjoy my stay here. The area you can walk your dogs is great. The breakfast is exceptional. Close enough to a lot of entertainment and it’s not too far from the beach. Absolutely love it here.

It’s more about other pet owners not cleaning up after their own. Don’t ruin it for all of us.

Room was very comfortable and the location was great. I was able to get in and out of the facility with ease. I will definitely book this hotel again when we return. Very clean rooms and staff was friendly.

There was not anything about the hotel that I did not like. I was a little thrown off at the rate per night but it was not too outrageous and I was able to get past that.
