Sheraton Myrtle Beach

Breakfast is not complimentary! I was never told I had to pay for breakfast until the server slapped a $96 check on the table!! $15 per person buffet $8 for children 5-10 and the food was disgusting. All together we didn’t even eat $15 worth of food from this “buffet”. Very unexpected and disappointing

I liked that the conference rooms were connected to the hotel so I did not have to go outside.

I ordered from the restaurant and they made my order and brought it out to me. I asked for extra of one of the key ingredients and when they came back out they said they didn’t have any. The issue is they made my order WITHOUT one of the key ingredients and did not tell me. I had not looked in my sandwich because I was going to wait for extra of the ingredient.

This hotel is in a great location and not far from the beach, restaurants, and other activities. We loved our room with the view of the beach and boardwalk! Beds were amazingly comfortable...slept very well each night. Loved the fact that the room had a safe and refrigerator to keep our valuables and to store some drinks, etc.

The only draw back for us was the carpets were quite dirty...stained and needed to be cleaned. It was not a deal breaker but it was very noticeable in daylight. Also, the breakfast is not worth the $14. Go out and get breakfast at some of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach. You will be glad you did. I would suggest the hotel rethink their breakfast option and either get rid of it altogether or consider doing a massive revamp. Nonetheless, we definitely would stay here again in the future because we didn't book for the breakfast, we booked for the Marriott brand and for our awesome 4th of July vacay!

Comfy beds, location hotel amenities,the restaurant in hotel the bar ice cream and coffee shop .

The parking garage was a bit tight for SUV the pool was ok could been a bit cleaner and longer hours.The price was a bit much considering other hotels with same quality same area or closer with lower prices but hotel was good overall. Wish some of the restaurant in the hotel offered some discount being that we stayed in hotel for guests but it was ok some things but over priced.

Check in process was quick and easy. We checked in online the night before so all we had to do was pick up keys. Location is central to Myrtle Beach. We ordered room service; it was quick and the food was good.

The beds were small and hard for our liking. There really wasn't a pantry that we could find for a quick late night snack. Only vending machines are available.

Steel was very comfortable wonderful hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, although it was a great experience.

What I didn’t like is it had to request that my room be cleaned on Saturday they did not clean my room on Saturday. I had to request it to be clean. That’s only thing I didn’t like.

The entire hotel, including our room was, extremely clean and sanitary. The room was wonderful and the beds were extremely comfortable The staff at the hotel was accommodating when I requested to have a microwave in my room and they sent someone up immediately free of charge, After reading many reviews I was expecting to have to pay extra for parking but we were not charged anything extra for parking.

I wish I would have known about the events going on at the convention center because the week we were there, there were at least 3 different events happening. On another note, I was expecting the prices for food at the hotel to be more expensive than they would be elsewhere but I was not expecting a small cup of coffee to be $5. I would have liked for those prices to have been listed on the website.

Not very much to be a top notch place

Parking sucks and had no place to park unless you were in a compact car. Room was not ready for 2 hours after check in time. Which was an inconvenience since we just drove 11 hours to get there. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and had to buy air freshener to mask it. Staff couldn’t move me to another room unless I changed floors away from my family that was next door. Bathroom sink was stopped up and never saw maintenance the whole week we was there. Won’t be my choice to stay there again.

The bar lounge on 2nd floor was manned by only one person who was very slow. We had to wait 1 hr just to order a drink. You need to staff your facilities better
