The breakfast was great with plenty of variety; the coffee was terrific. The location of the hotel was perfect.
I could not give a rating of 10 because the television was dreadful. It was impossible to enter a channel and we struggled to get a local channel for news & weather. Not everybody cares about movies!!!

Good location for exploring the area and the staff that we encountered especially the breakfast crew and the cleaning staff were all friendly.
Mattresses on both beds were worn out on one side closest to the lamps located in the center.

Location is ideal to public beach access and main road for all things Litchfield/Pawleys Island. Right near great restaurants and easy to find.
Older property so more of a “hotel smell” than usual due to the humid beach air as well but very clean.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and variety ; each day was different. There was no crowding and it was easy to move to the different items. The best item was the coffee bar with plenty of selection such as decafe or hot tea. This same coffee bar was open every time I entered the hotel. What relief it was. !!!!
I cannot think of one item it lacked; no improvements needed.

The only thing that was a little different was the way they did their breakfast. Usually it’s all spread out and you walk around and get what you like. This time there no clear instructions, but we figured out you had to ask a hotel staff member to order your food.

The hotel was very clean inside and outside. Great customer service. Friendly staff. The pool was very clean and well maintained. I felt completely safe there. We will definitely be staying here again the next time that we visit. Highly recommend staying here.
